This place was stunning with everything thought of! We used it for a family get away from the Phoenix heat. We had (3) couples total with 1 couple with their 3 kids ages 5-10.The two childless couples each had their own master suites downstairs while the couple with kids took over the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms, bath and loft. The kids loved the loft and learning to play pool on the pool table.The dining room table sat all of us for family meals and game time (hard to find!). And the open concept was great. The kitchen was HUGE with everything we needed (we love to cook). Then there were tons of added toys in the garage. We took the kayaks out to the lake for the day and the kids had a blast. Would love to stay there again - it was the perfect set up for our little family! Thank you for sharing it!

If you are considering this property, just go for it. My group could not have been more pleased with our stay. The property is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need for any group / occasion.
It is hard to find a space to accommodate larger groups, but this property did an excellent job. Importantly, the kitchen made it easy to prepare large meals, the beds were comfortable, and the property was large enough so that each person could engage in any number of activities without feeling that we were on top of one another.
The host was very pleasant and was responsive to any questions that I had.

Had an absolute blast at latitude 8! The purchasing price was fair and very easy to communicate with the rep for our stay. I went for a snowboarding trip and it was awesome. Sunrise is about an hour away but won’t find a place nicer nearby. And when you get home there’s so many things to do pool/shuffle board/ ping pong you won’t get bored. There’s a cool restaurant nearby called the house that we ate at almost everyday and 5 minute drive. This place is a great stay!

We go up to showlow and bring our kids to play in the snow every year we also bring another family. This cabin by far has been the best in Torreon yet! The house is beautiful they have a chefs kitchen and all the amenities you wish for. The check in process was very smooth and detailed we didn’t have any issues. The cabin was spacious and made for some great family memories. The owners have put a lot of detail and thought into this house. Everything was labeled and throughly thought through made it feel like you were at your own house. It has literally been the best rental experience I have had and made it feel like a 5 star hotel. Plus the beds were very comfortable definitely plan on coming back.

Designer home in the pines
This is a designer home nestled amongst the pine trees. Beautiful decor, just as pictured if not better. Comfortable beds, plenty of space indoors & outdoors. Games and activities galore! Our favorite was the pool table, the tree swing, and a Girls v. Boys team competition in Tiki Toss! We dined at the community restaurant a couple of times, I would recommend. We also leveraged the fitness center each day.
Excellent communication from the property manager who checked in throughout our stay to make sure our party was comfortable.
We will definitely return to whispering pines!

We came as two families with teens and ten year olds. Everyone loved the property and the amenities. The neighborhood offered mile of pleasant walks. The children really enjoyed the outdoor games and ninja court! A very pleasant stay!
