Everything was great and exactly as stated. Couple of items: coffee maker does not work and most of the kayaks leak. Overall, the place is fantastic!!!

Everything was intentional about this place. Fresh soap in the bathrooms like a hotel, even the TV remotes were labelled. When the smoke alarm batteries beeped, the owner immediately sent a repair service to take care of it. It was a wonderful place with lots of activities.

Your place was amazing. You have thought through so many details! Some special extras that we loved were:
TWO portable cribs (we have two year old twins and we always have to lug so much with us!)
Hot tub! Even though it was hot out, it was so refreshing of an evening.
So.many.floaties!!! Knowing we didn’t need to bring a thing for the water was awesome. We spent countless hours on those floats and paddle boards.
Your dock is the best one I’ve ever rented! We loved the swing into the water. And the high jump was thrilling! So many areas to sit on the dock and multiple ways to access the water made it easy for my older mom.
Bluetooth speakers at both out door spaces made for a fun environment.
Definitely want to come back!!

This home is awesome!! so much for all ages to do. House has all of your needs and plenty of linens. Beautiful home and property. Outside decks are amazing with plenty of seating everywhere.

Our stay was really great. The view was breath taking and we all wanted to stay outdoors the whole time. The lake is very deep and we had the best time on the rope swing, jumping platform, and kayaks.
Kids really enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores. The dart board and pool table were also a huge hit.
We grilled for every meal and the kitchen was fully stocked.
We would definitely book again. Honestly has me searching for my own lake house. :)

We rented the treehouse for my husbands birthday with friends! There was so much to do! We were never bored! The owner was always quick to respond when needed so that was nice! In our opinion there was too much decor especially at toddlers height and in inconvenient spots where there was no space to put anything like the dining table and kitchen and no where to put it awayzz but that’s just an observation. We enjoyed everything there was to offer and we’ve already talked about going back! Definitely recommend with a big group! It was so peaceful!

Great communication with owner, very easy to contact. Lots to do on the property, inside and out. House is older and showing many signs of age and wear. But the owner has made great efforts to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Lots of stairs, all internal, but no stair handrails on the walls either. That would have been very helpful for our elderly family members who were visiting for the day, since there is no bathroom on the ground level. Outside was amazing, yet the patio tv was not working. We were really bummed to not be able to enjoy the football game outside with our group. (Our original plan) But it was a lovely day with an amazing view of the lake so that made up for it. It’s definitely a fun property, just needs some updating and “sprucing up”. Overall, it served our needs well and we had a great three night stay at the treehouse!

You can tell the owner of this home put thought into every inch of this property. From indoor games and entertainment to tons of outdoor entertainment, you will not be bored.
The guys loved the pool table and darts after the kiddos went to bed at night. And the fire pit area was so relaxing. The kids loved swinging off the dock, fishing and the playground. Great for families or just adults! Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Lake weekend away
We had a fantastic weekend and enjoyed every minute at the treehouse. Everyone had a blast with all the lake "toys" and activities and the kitchen/house was fully stocked with all things needed to cook in and enjoy a true lake weekend away. Look forward to booking again.

Marvelous Vacation Home
This was our first time staying at this property and we quickly fell in love. Everything you can think of that you would want for a waterfront Lakehouse rental they provided. The home was clean and well thought out. Are teen kids enjoyed downstairs living area for card games and board games as well as darts and pool table. Swimming and playing in the lake with the provided kayaks and floats, along with the basketball goal was awesome. We all circled up around the firepit at night. There is enough space and enough options to entertain that everyone was able to play or relax how they wanted. Just an excellent place. We will be back for sure!!!

Fun at the Lake

Perfect Family Reunion Location
We spent 3 nights at the property. We had 3 generations from 5 families, and the house fit us perfectly. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to cook and they even provided charcoal for the outside grill. There is a variety of water toys that kept everyone playing in the lake all afternoon each day. The water basketball was a big hit, and there was a sand floor instead of mud. Everyone in our family commented on how much they enjoyed the house and no one wanted to leave! We spoke to the owner, Kendall, prior to arriving and while we were there, and she was always responsive and a delight to work with. We highly recommend the house to others to use.

The Healing House
After the recent passing of a loved one, we decided to book this house on the lake to give us some time to relax, process, and heal. This home was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed. The view is amazing and we loved that there were enough seats for everyone to sit in no matter where we were on the property. The lake provided both peaceful moments and super fun moments. The older kids loved jumping off the boat house and swinging on the rope swing. One day we all took out a kayak and roamed around the lake. Super relaxing! The jacuzzi and fire pit were the best ending to our days. Oh and the pool table provided hours of entertainment, along with the indoor games. We truly can’t say enough about this home. Our hope is to be able to start a new yearly tradition at the Tree House!

Great family getaway!
Our family went for a long weekend to celebrate our Christmas and had a great time! The multiple living areas gave us plenty of room to spread out and there were plenty of bedrooms for us all. Outside we enjoyed the hot tub, the decks, the fire pit and the yard games. We truly had no need to go anywhere else - this house has it all. The owner was also very responsive to questions that I had and so helpful. I would highly recommend the Treehouse for your next family getaway!

Beautiful home!
The house was pretty and very clean! The manager was great to communicate with. The overall stay was wonderful. The only negative is you're responsible for bringing trash bags, toilet paper (that provide one roll), and paper towels. I feel if you're paying premium prices these things should be provided. The sinks and bathtubs drained very slowly. Every story has stairs, just a heads up it's a workout!

We took our two teenagers and their friends up for a Covid-escape weekend and they had a blast. There is so much to do at this house, and plenty of space for everyone. Having the different levels in the house gave my teens room to spread out and be noisy downstairs without disturbing us on the top floor. Fantastic Home and Lake Access
My family had a fabulous time, owner was great! There is so much to do here and we enjoyed most of it daily. The house gave us all the room we needed, the kids were busy all the time with all of the games, pool table, fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boards, water basketball and more. Platform and Swing were huge hits with older kids and adults. The convenience of grilling out on the porch was a big plus. Hot tub was so relaxing in the evenings. We highly recommend the Treehouse for any family gathering. Can't wait to go back.

Great Family Vacation
This vacation home was perfect for our family vacation. Being right on the lake we spent our days swimming in the lake, jumping off the boat dock, going out in the boat and just enjoying the beautiful view. At night, we spent time in the game room and just chillin watching a movie. The property owner was easy to work with. We will definitely rent the Treehouse again.

Timely retreat
Great place for family to stay. A lot of thought and love for family went into designing this home for family to get together. We loved all the signs instructing us how to use and access the amenities. Plenty of room to relax for a large family without everyone having to do the same thing. Great time at Treehouse
We had 12 people including 5 kids from age 2 to 10 years old. Overall, the property was very well equipped. There was plenty of games and activities for all kids and adults indoors and outside. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living, and eating spaces were well arranged . Rooms were spread out so we were never on top of each other. Outside, the kayaks and paddle boards were a big hit. There is a boat slip for a boat rental or to bring your own boat. We had a beautiful view of the lake. The location is very handy to the town of Livingston, places to eat out and a boat rental . We highly recommend staying here.

Most amazing lake house; rope swing and jumping platform are a kids dream!
We had three families (six adults, six kids) at the property, and it was PERFECT. Plenty of beds for the kiddos and plenty of room for the adults to spread out. Because of the levels of the house, the kids could go to sleep at night and the parents could stay up and play games with no issues. All the perks of the property (beach towels, kayaks, SUP boards, games, etc.) made the entire week we were at the house exceptional. The rope swing and jumping platform at the dock kept the kiddos engaged and playing the whole week. We will be back!

Just Perfect
Our family stay at the Treehouse was perfect. We had kids ranging from 12-14. They have everything you can think of for kids and adults to enjoy. Outside they have kayaks, a rope swing, platform for jumping, and a cool fishing light for night fishing. Inside we enjoyed pool, darts, and a ton of family board games. The house has 2 living areas with one next to the game room. It was great that the kids had their own area to hang out and the adults had some quiet time in the main living area. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. There are so many options for outdoor seating. Kendall was awesome and responded quickly to all of our questions. We will definitely come back again.

Great lake house with plenty to keep everyone entertained!
A wonderful and well-equipped lake house with plenty of outside entertainment-fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, lawn games, hot tub, extensive deck and grills-fun and relaxation for all ages. We were so busy enjoying the view and the outside fun that we never even touched the fabulous game room or watched any of the TVs. The additional icemaker in the game room was very handy for grabbing quick drinks for the patio area.
The kitchen and patio area is great for serving large crowds, and is well equipped. A great property for multi-generational families-something for everyone!

Perfect
Perfect place to have our couples retreat. Everyone had their own room. Plenty of things to do inside and outside. Beautiful yard going down to the lake. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors

Family of 7 Relaxes and Plays
Our family of 5 plus a couple of extras had a fabulous time at this property over the Christmas holiday. The house was clean, inviting, well-maintained, beautifully appropriated with comfortable beds, plush towels, soft linens and blankets, plenty of beach towels - which were perfect for the hot tub, and plentiful kitchen cookware / bakeware allowing us to make several meals there at the house without wanting for accessories.
We played whiffle ball (which we had brought with us), but thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor games provided at the house - especially jenga and corn hole. The lake water was a little cold that time of year, but the hot tub was great (with music and lights and great atmosphere on the beautiful patio/porch) and the boys still did some kayaking and paddleboarding as well as fishing (we brought our own gear).
The TV's and internet access all worked well, and it was nice to have so many areas for spreading out to visit, play games, watch TV, read, and relax. The pool table and dart board saw plenty of use while we were there, too.
I can't think of one thing that we commented on that we wished were different; and that's pretty unusual and phenomenal for our group.
LeBlanc's Cajun restaurant that was nearby was a big hit - with a variety of meals ordered, everyone walked away happy; we ate there twice during our stay. We also had a very good meal at the nearby Mexican restaurant, Pueblo Viejo.
It was the perfect getaway for our crew - plenty to do, but also plenty of room to just relax.
You just have to go!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Family and guests from out of state and around the state completely enjoyed their visit. A very nice place and there’s a lot to do, both inside and out. The owner was responsive and helpful to all our inquiries. The only regret is we didn’t stay longer. We plan to stay there again someday.
