The swimming pool is exceptional - designed by your host, Giulio, who is very attentive and accommodating. We enjoyed walking into town and didn't need a car.

Could hear other guests, particularly from room above. One rose early and left at around 5.30am on some days. Some equipment needing repair or replacement - eg kettle and hob ignition switch. Although listing does mention it's cash only Booking.com payment options do show credit card option. Note that it is cash only or bank transfer. No leaflets or instructions in the room.

This property is really nice and spacious. It has big garden with swimming pool with direct view of magnificent town of Spello . You won’t get any better view than this . Highly recommend this if you want to have relaxed vacation and real experience of Italian country side - far away from rushed City life

It’s ideally located to visit areas within Umbria. Assisi, Foligno, Spoleto and Perugia are all close by. The property is very well maintained and its Owners are always there to help their guests.

We loved everything about our stay. We were welcomed by Giulio at arrival and he and Kata were so kind and helpful. The appartement itself was amazing. Really spacious and well facilitated. The location of the podere is great. The cities Spello and Foligno are within a reach. The view from the pool in the garden is amazing. We loved the visits and kisses from Gusti 🐶. Kata and Guilio are great hosts, they are really easy to reach and they gave us some amazing recommendations regarding where to eat or what to visit. We would recommend the podere to everyone!
