The apartment is very nice and the location fabulous

This is a wonderful apartment, literally right on the beach, with amazing views from the balcony. It is also very comfortable and functional inside, everything we needed for an excellent family beach holiday. Bénédicte was extremely professional and friendly and provided everything we needed. A refaire!

Although the setting is very calm and far from any traffic noise, in August there can be a bit of noise from beach bars in the evenings. But by closing the windows and using the great A/C this did not really bother us.

Clean, modern and comfortable apartment at a lovely beach! We will definitely come back and recommend the place to friends of ours. Benedicte, the lady who organised everything around the apartment was extremely nice and helpful. She even helped us with something that had nothing to do with the apartment. Her English was the best among all the French people we met during the week, so communication is no problem even if your French is as bad as ours. :-) The Apartment is ideal if you want to combine beach holidays with sightseeing on the French Riviera. We parked our car (for free) directly in the closed yard of the building. There was enough space to park an SUV without worrying about the centimeters left... The closed courtyard was also a safe place where we could leave our bikes and kajak for the night.

The only negative issue for families with children: You can hear the music from the nearby restaurant until about 11 pm. Of course you can close all windows to reduce the noice- the apartment hast excellent air-conditioning.

Information prior to arrival should have been clearer. Host had disappeared by the time we arrived. We had to book local hotel instead for first night. Bed linen and towel policy was not clear. Extra costs incurred.
