Review for Buddha House Beautiful place , neatly maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean. Even though it is a small place, the service is perfect. Staffs are very polite and helpful. If you need anything extra , they promptly provide. The food is good. Only thing is the approach road, it is small as the hotel is quite inside from the main road. Otherwise, it’s an absolute value for money. The Service, food, rooms and staff exceeds your expectations and worth more than what you would pay.

Incorrect information on Booking.com about Spa, Ironing facilities. As such there is no Spa in the hotel. Also, there is no ironing board in the hotel. In fact the property is like a two star property, however the room rates are like four star. The noise of Barking Dogs disturbs sleep in the morning. The hotel does not use wheat but maida only for the Indian breads and there is no willingness on part of F&B staff to cater to some special food requirements like wheat bread.

The room size and location..near Nobulingka institute

The fan of room 105 was not smoothly working..also on all 3 days breakfast was pretty ordinary. Please engage more staff on days where there are many guests..i would recommend this place to anybody only if quality and taste of food improves. There were limited options in breakfast menu..

The view from the hotel was amazing, the staff was friendly.

The location, the booking.com website said it's just 3kms away from the HPCA stadium but in reality, it was quite far. The in-room facilities were not very impressive. The AC was not working, the shower takes good ten minutes before it starts pumping hot water.

Would recommend everyone to come here and just feel the peace around here. Me and my wife loved the place and Hospitality. We like the location and the peaceful ambiance. Food quality is really great, i loved it.

The hospitality was awesome. Great food and service. You have to stay in Buddha House when in Dharamshala. And don't miss the jewelry showroom at quartz.

rooms are spacious, neat and clean and with all required facilities. Room service is prompt . staff is very courteous and helpful. Location is at central place for different site seeing locations so that travel time gets reduced. Food is good.

The hot water being based out of solar energy was not that hot on a rainy day. Though the use of renewable energy should be lauded.

the location was just right and the staff was very courteous , always ready to help with a smile on their face. The property is fairly new, so the rooms were clean and hygienic. Also, the food was very good and the service was great. Also it helps as it is hardly 2 min away from some really amazing cafes and also Norbulingka Institute. The wifi was manageable and rest the staff is always there to take care of all your needs.
