Lovely view from our room. One salt pool and one chlorinated pool. Sparkling clean and our room was great for an overnight stay. Lovely wide spread of choice for breakfast.

Entrance needs to be clearly indicated by signage, which they are working on at the moment, so that will be resolved in future. The bed base was broken and temporarily fixed with a short gum pole.

How clean the apartment was and how private everything was. We went there to rest and that's exactly what we got. Peaceful quality time

Everything was great! Big and cozy appartment with two big pools, the breakfast was awesome as well as the service!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful. Went out of their way to cater for our vegetarian breakfast.

We've been here already and we loved it so much we decided to come back. Book one of the self catering cottages. The bed so comfortable, the huge shower, the pool at your doorstep. Friendly staff. Perfect!

The view out of the back was really nice but due to the issues with the apartment, we couldn't enjoy any of it. See below.

- There were cockroaches (we found 9), dead worm and spider webs and dirt all over. It was clear that the apartment had not been cleaned except fresh bedsheets and towels. Fumigation was needed and management knew that and still rented out the unit dirty and infested. - The windows and doors were so flimsy and the locking mechanism was so poor, anyone could've broken in. - For breakfast one of the ladies that was aware of the roach problem also served us breakfast even though she had a full fledged cold/flu, said she was sick and was serving breakfast. She should not have been working and been home in bed. Management knew she was sick and still had her serving (there were enough people there that could've covered her duties as there were only a few of us staying there). Because of the infestation and dirty apartment, we had to cut our stay short by 2 nights and look for another accommodation. The property told us we would have to leave for 5 hours while they fumigate and clean and offered us nothing except a refund of the two nights that we didn't stay there. They were apologetic but we should've gotten something back for not getting what we paid for for the first night. After repeated attempts at trying to work with them, we just gave up. Just as a side note, the other property that we had to change to, we didn't have wifi in our room for the two nights (because there was an issue) automatically gave us one night for free. They didn't have to do that but that's wonderful customer service. The lady at the reception was apologetic about the issue when we were there but afterwards she only refunded us the two nights and told us she wouldn't refund more because we refused their offer of staying at a neighboring property, which was never offered to us. So that was a complete lie. Sad to have had this experience as the property is rated very high and it's called Luxury but is everything but.

Physical premises and view were good. The shower was very nice Airconditioner was necessary as it was hot - pity about the loadshedding meaning it only worked part of the time

Breakfast only served from 8h00 so we were unable to have breakfast on either day staying at the venue. The one bedside light did not work No ice was supplied - directions to purchase own from BP garage No place to wash up/clean cups or glasses except the bathroom washbasin
