Excellent apartment location - close to everything : restaurants, beach & night life. Clean and comfortable apartment served well for 3 of us. Kitchen was well equipped - had everything what we needed to have a nice breakfast and light meals . . Apartment has 2 balconies facing backyard - which was very cool . Our host , Katerina was very sweet : helpful and accommodative to all our needs -, we felt her personal touch , which made our staying in Beautiful relaxing Batumi even better. I wish I could come back

Everything was great! Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the beach and the city center. The host Ekaterine was so welcoming, nice and helpful! She gave great recommendations on where to eat and what to see (there's an actual list of places and addresses printed out), as well as provided a driver for our adventures (Thank you Grigori!). The apartment is very spacious and clean, has everything you might need for both short and longer stays.

I really like the location of the apartment. It was located close to everything: beach, shops, banks, drug store etc. Ekaterina was very helpful landlord and she was always in touch with us.

The warm welcoming from the hosts. They helped and advised Batumi's bests places all over the trip. In any case of emergency, the host was willing to provide help and constantly monitor if everything was ok and if we needed anything.

It was a bit cold in the bathroom during bad weather outside, as the warm floors were only in the living room and a bit in the corridor.
