A beautiful room that was well furnished. Friendly hosts. Very convenient location within walking distance to the town centre.

The hosts Chris and Lin were wonderful. They went out of their way to help us - asking if we had wet ski gear we wanted to dry by the fire, giving us a lift to bus to get airport shuttle and helping figure out other activities when the ski field was closed. They really made us welcome. The breakfast was huge and the coffee professional standard. The facilities were very clean and the house is a work of art. As you would expect from a B&B the guest area is not completely separate from the hosts but you have all the privacy you need. Exceptional value.

Everything is just wonderfullly prepared in the beautiful and cosy apartment. It is comfortable and warm after a cold day out. Love the breakfast and enjoy talking to the hosts.

Chris and Lin was very hospitable, breakfast spread was lovely and beyond our expectations.
A flight of stairs to our room, wooden floor board creaks when we move about in room. Small discomfort, no big issues :)

I felt welcomed into Chris and Lin's home, where they shared their passions for growing fruit and veg (the garden is full of it), and painting (Lin's paintings are all around the house).
Our room was homely and comfy, and had a decent height shower in the bathroom (many establishments only cater for visitors below average height), though I became a little too well-aquainted with the sloped roof ceiling.
A good breakfast of fresh bread, cereals and home-grown fruit made for a good start to the day.
It is in a good location, 10 mins walk from the main street restaurants (we ate at Francesca's, which was excellent) and the lake. Even the Puzzling Centre is only about a 20 min walk away, and the road north out of town is close by.

This is a lovely BNB, with excellent amenities, lovely personal touch. The bed, ensuite and morning breakfast are all lovely and make for a be comfortable and relaxing holiday. Touches you don't get in a traditional hotel.
The host was very vocal in his political views and opinions. This at points made for moments of uncomfortablility

-We greatly appreciated the warm welcome that we received from our hosts.
-The quality of the accommodation is optimal and our room met the highest standards of comfort : spacious, impeccable, tastefully furnished and decorated, with a modern and well-appointed en-suite bathroom.
-We shared a fantastic breakfast (home-made bread and jams, and other delicious preparations...) with our hosts and fellow guests.
-Our only regret : not to have been able to stay longer.

This is a bed and breakfast, which was a surprise to my husband and I since the listing never mentioned this. There’s so many good things about Chris and Lin’s home that my husband and I felt right at home. The room we had reserved was lovely, comfortable and large, and spotless. The bathroom was a beautiful design and new and modern. Lovely artwork throughout the house. Location was in a residential neighborhood but an easy, short walk close to the city centeractivities by the beautiful lake. Breakfast is included, and the yogurt parfaits, fresh homemade bread and croissants, fresh fruit from their garden, coffee/tea/juice, cheeses. I cant say enough good things about staying here. Really nice, friendly, interesting hosts.

Lynn is a very sweet lady. The breakfast was so fresh, mostly made by herself, we even had the cherry fresh picked from the tree in the morning.

Chris and Lin are wonderful, warm and very friendly hosts. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fabulous and delicious spread, enjoying terrific conversations with Chris and Lin and other guests. Location was quiet and an easy 10 minute walk into town. We hit the jackpot, choosing to stay at one B n B during our NZ travels and it was with Chris and Lin.
