Location 10/10 - 1 min walk from Varakala cliff Room 6/10 : basic room with not very hotel like beds but not bad either. It was okayish. Staff : 10/10 very cordial, friendly. 100/10 for blacky, the dog they have on the property 🥹 There is no TV, the charging ports aren't near the bed, toilet clogs every time you flush. Had a good stay overall. But kinda expensive if it's not for the location, I wouldn't pay 3K a night to stay here

Toilet was clogging Shower doesn't have hot water, you have to use the bucket Bed and the furniture is not very good.

Only outside area of house

Outerside look of house is looking like very luxery, but room was like very old constructed.. Bathroom size is like very very small and old look.. Due to uncovered ventilation many insects like lizard and cockroch come.. Owner nature is good and location is also very close to cliff..

Nearby to cliff

It wasn’t very clean.. the fridge , the house, utensils weren’t very clean . When we poured hot coffee into a glass it just broke into two cos it was poorly maintained

The RITAS accommodation is in a great location. In 2 minutes you can walk to the centre at the North Cliff with all the cafés, restaurants and shops. The accommodation is surrounded by greenery and pleasantly quiet. Our room was simple but spacious and clean. The beds were good but rather on the hard side. The staff friendly.
