Perfect experience at Charme Suite! Good rooms, spotted clean and great breakfast!

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good! The staff was very friendly. Daniela provided us with information about the town and the places to see. The hotel is located in Santa Teresa's Harbour Square and is a perfect location for excusions to Capo Testa and the area's stunning beaches.

In case you can let go a nice view, this place is highly recommended as it is in the touristic port of the city and you can easily reach the city centre by a 15 minute walk. Unlike many places in Italy, this B&B offers an abundant breakfast both sweet and salty. The owner, Daniela is super kind and helpful and will supply you with all the information you need and give you discounts to many restaurants and bars.

Staff were top notch; spent extra time telling us about the town and surroundings. Breakfast was extensive and very tasty. At our second breakfast they had noticed our preferences and modified breakfast to suit us. Impressive! The rooms and entrance were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff really seemed to take pride in their job. Delightful stay.

We were a bit early for the season (June 6th) and the neighbouring pool wasn't open yet (thought that it would be).

The rooms are extremely clean and spacious!, we had an excellent experience! It is located in the port , 10 minutes from city center! The staff, Daniela and Geanina were amazing helpful and nice ! i totally recommend 👍

Daniela was amazing, so helpful, accommodating and friendly. The room and cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was adequate. Daniela was great and booked our taxi airport transfers and always on hand to answer any queries we may have had.

the place was really a charm. Amazing location next to the marine, and super confortavle room. Daniela from the staff was also extremely helpful and friendly, and even helped us book a amazing boat trip. highly recommend!

Property is conveniently located, easy to find (thanks to Daniela’s perfect Google Maps link!) and with parking included (which is something everyone should mind if renting one and staying in Santa Teresa). It is also within walking distance to the center of town. Both our room and the common area were impeccably clean. Breakfast was a treat: delicious and plentiful. Daniela and Janina were outstanding!

Minor issue-the pool (next door at Il Porto) closes at 6 pm. A bit early for summer!

Daniela(and her team) is great host. She supervise everything that guests needs. She is also a great concierge. She will book for you all best restaurants around and in city as well as sea trips. She knows everything about Sardinia. Breakfast perfect for sweet or salty lovers. Room cleaned every day. Very cozy for those who admire quite and peace.

Can't complain. Everything was OK. Room cleaned every day. Spacial rooms gives (not like in London) space to live. Really nothing to compline.

The hotel is small and very nice. The service is excellent and personal. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Daniella is so pleasant and helpful and has great tips on where to eat and the best beaches to go to.

All was excellent.

Location was good. Not very far from ferry. The room was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable as well. Shower had plenty of hot water and modern rain shower head. Barbara was very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely come again.

Make sure you do not stay in the rooms no. 1 or 2. Next to the windows is a “restaurant” (where the pool is located that hotel guests can use). At least during high season, they have music / bands playing outdoor every night until 1 a.m. – or later. (Drunk) guests singing & screaming along – heavy partying. Afterwards, on their way home they walk and scream directly in front of the two windows and the staff is rolling noisy trollies with garbage, etc. There is no way one can sleep before 1.30 – 2.00 a.m. – every night (we stayed weekdays, not even Friday or Saturday night). Suddenly, any possible good aspects of the hotel (like the lovely lady at breakfast) become irrelevant and a relaxing holiday is destroyed. Since there is nothing the hotel management can do about it (the restaurant is apparently run by different people) they offered us to move to another place of their organization in town for a substantial upcharge. We declined and left earlier. They charged us about half the price for the nights we did not consume. In not a single of the numerous accommodations we stayed during that trip we had any noise disturbances. The noise issue in rooms 1 and 2 at Charme Suite Hotel were unacceptable.

Great location next to the posh port and short walking distance from center of town. Good parking.

Very small room. No outside area. Shower had only drops. Next to busy restaurant and central passage, hence super noisy. Breakfast area super uncozy and inside a dark room.

The staff were very helpful, the room spotless and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good served on the poolside patio

The harbour was quiet during our stay, it is an uphill walk into the town centre an there are no views from the room
