there is no way to cancel and the land lord didn’t want to put an extra bed in the room, which was not optimal for us.

This was so luxurious, huge, comfy, best location, could not have stayed anywhere better in Prague

Great spot in the heart of Prague, spacious & stylish apartment at a very nice classy building. well organised guide, warm welcome and helpful advise. would definitely recommend and revisit !

All was excellent. some recommendations would be to add 1 pair of towels per person, extra sheets so as the guests to decide in which bed they would like to sleep, enrich the sanitary items (cotton, demaquillage etc) and some small snacks/maybe a bottle of wine (the cheery on the cake).

Everything was perfect, from the first initial instructions to entering the accommodation . The location of the property is great, right near the old square. The location! nearer to every attraction center. Imagine being a neighbor to LV, Celine, Dior, Kinsky Palace, Astronomical Clock & Old Town Square. The property is so clean and neat. Its spacious enough for my 1-year-old to wander around & he slept through the night. Comfy! I have been to so many hotels & Airbnbs but this takes the cake. The attention to detail and their efforts to make sure you feel at home while you’re away were amazing. Love how they always communicated with you and make sure you were comfortable and all. Definitely will come again. Highly recommended. 10/10 hands down!

EVERYTHING

The apartment is in a great location, just off the Old Town Square, but was still quiet and not disturbed at night. Easy to find and access the main front door off the street with a code and then keys to the apartment in a key box, and all codes provided in plenty of time for arrival. The apartment was lovely and warm, comfortable bed and plenty of crockery etc in the kitchen should you wish to cook and everything was really clean. The bathroom had toiletries provided and a lovely shower with plenty of hot water. It had excellent WiFi and information you could download onto your phone with advice about places to visit and eat, and there were lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Good communication with owners, helpful and prompt. We had a wonderful 3 night stay and would highly recommend!

It is fantastic location, very easy to reach. Very clean and everything what one can need. I really loved the place with everything.

Small thing I would recommend is colourful towel. I color my hair red and this ruin the white towels, I would appreciate if there would be red/dark towel for this purpose.

Perfect location, sparkling clean in its entirety, comfortable and spacious room. Loved the shower and all the little details of decoration and kitchen utensils.

We just missed a kitchen towel to dry dishes we wash. Just a very small detail that did not affect us that much.

parking needed to be sourced elsewhere - we ended up parking at Palladium which cost $124euros which was much more expensive than expected. But the rental car was safe so I suppose it was worth it. if you don’t have a rental car you will have a perfect time here

amazing location! walking distance to anything you’d want to see or do. apartment was lovely! so clean and lots of facilities. easy check in and was able to store our luggage safely beforehand.

it can be quite loud, hearing drunk people at the early hours or the church bells. would recommend ear plugs if a light sleeper.

I assume due to apartment being old the walls are not so thick. I had to listen to the couple next room all along the night I arrived in :)

The apartment was BEAUTIFUL 😍 couldn't fault a thing! Immaculatly kept and in theme with the origanal building, had everything you would need. Comfortable beds, warm throughout, smelt amazing with all the lovely diffusers and candles, spectacular views, really felt luxuourios! Had lots of added extra touches which really made a difference 👌 and the location right over the road from Old Town Square was WOW! We stayed 28th Dec and it was magical with all the Christmas lights, Tree and markets visable from the window! The host couldn't have been any more helpful, sent us really clear instructions to enter the property and leave luggage on oir last day, everything ran seamlessly 🙌 This apartment made a very special occasion even more memorable 😍

The apartment was excellent, great location close to everything.

amazing location virtually directly on the Town Square at the start of Pariszka St, Prague’s ‘5th Avenue’ (as a tour guide described it). Apartment had great views and was also very clean, containing everything we needed during our stay. The washing machine was highly appreciated as was the mid stay complimentary clean and change of bed linen. Although checkin and checkout were contactless the communication was flawless and prompt. I also really liked the teapot - it looked like a ceramic old fashioned floral teapot but was also an electric kettle - have never seen one like that before! finally the left luggage facilities were great and easy to use.

This is not a criticism by any means, but a bathrobe would have been appreciated.
