Sehr großes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Leichter Kontakt zum Verwalter. Schöne Sicht aufs Meer. Gute Betten und schöne Badezimmer.
Leider bis ca. 24 Uhr durch Verkehr sehr laut. Die Fenster sind trotz Erwähnung nicht schallisoliert. Der beschriebene Weg zum Strand ist grenzwertig und führt in eine Sackgasse mit 5m breitem "Strand".

When we arrived at the hotel around the checking time 16:00, we were told to wait outside for forty minutes since the unit was not yet ready. After an hour, a staff member arrived to offer the key and requested a cash deposit of RM 200; neither they nor Booking.com had previously provided any information about this. When we inquired about this deposit, the staff irst told us to ca;; Booking.com and refused to give us the key. My daughter and I were exhausted from our lengthy journey, and it was getting very late, so we requested to give the deposit later after taking cash from near by ATM.
The flat was filled awful ciggrate smoking smell and the bedding and towels were particularly awful.
There was no WiFi available.

Location is excellent. Easy walk across the main road to the Beach. Easy 10 min walk to restaurant etc (better to walk than to drive). Parking is easy in carpark. Two lifts.
Clean and comfortable. Lovely view.

Big TV with Netflix. Security guards and host were helpful.
if staying for a long-time, more clothes hangers. Also while there was soap it was not handy to the sink - include a hand wash container?

Perfect location. Beach with no sellers. Busstop at gate. They had flat plates.
As everywhere cutlery provided is just spoons and forks to eat malay food. No knives. Beside of this everything was perfect.

Everythingggg! I wish I can rate 100 ⭐️ Ronnie really does a very good job handling unexpected situations, very calm & responds very well. The place was so clean, everything complete. Got netflix, microwave, fridge, purified water and even cordless vacuum. (The best part!) Thanks ronnie, you’re the best 🫶🏻

The swimming pool is goed (apropiated swim clothes are needed).
The contact with the owner was really fast.
The beds were fine and it's nice to have two bathrooms.
The beach was more far from the apartment as it is indicated. The water from the beacht was full with jellyfish so we could not swim in the beach only in the swimming pool. They were working in the building so we had two mornings a lot of noise.
Around the apartment there are not many places to eat, you have to walk to the night market and there is a hawkers centrum.
In the kitchen there are not many things, not even knieves to eat. The apartement could be a little more clean, the couch and the sit area has a lot of stains.
The apartement has two cameras. One outside at the door and another inside by the washmachine room. I wish the owner had told us. I understand is for safety but it's also our privacy.

The house is clean and spacious. Netflix available. Instruction for check in and check out is clear. Mattress very comfortable. All neccessity readily available i.e. hair dryer, iron, iron board, kettle etc....

you have to pay for your parking. rm3 per entry and max rm10 per night. it was expensive. i was told by host rm1 per entry but it wasn’t ☹️
