Everything is one of a kind in Phnom Penh. Though the room is smaller but a great value for money. Breakfast is great with spectacular view!
Room is bit small and bit warm during the daytime maybe because of the full wall glass facing the city.

Facilities were so good
Staff were average cooperative, ans one of the staff took my wallet from side table in room, and later on they claimed they find on the floor.

Really amazing hotel, nice modern room with awesome view over the city comfortable bed with even a pillow menu. Nice large bathroom with a great shower. The rooftop bar and jacuzzi are an amazing place to spend down time while visiting the city. The staff went above and beyond to make us have a perfect time. I also recommend the street restaurant right in front for a real Anthony Bourdain experience.

The service of the staff is excellent.
The room is spacious and clean (not the view).
I would like to thank Kol for all the help and advice he gave me.
The breakfast contains Continental and Cambodian with good enough options.
1. The pillow of the room is not firm at all and deflates once you put your head on it. It creates neck pain and disturbed sleep for me.
2. I had dinner in my room (the food quality was below average and very expensive) and requested room service to pick up the plates. I waited half an hour then I left the plates in front of the room for them to pick up. The plate was finally picked up after midday the next day and it is the first thing I saw when I got out of my room and by afternoon it started to smell.

Stands in the perfect location with great design, the room was really clean, I like the bed was very comfortable. I stay in 13th floor which I can view the vibrant city and riverside area, Wi-Fi also very good and I will recommend to my friends. Oh I want share you about hotel breakfast, they also serve detox healthy drink.

Convenient location, new hotel, clean and bright, helpful staff
I stayed on the 13th floor in room 1303. The roof top bar was directly above my room. The new decking was ripped off and in the process of being redone. First morning the drilling started at 8.03am and second morning the noise started at 8.15am. I couldn’t work in my room due to the constant drilling during the day. I wished they had considered that before assigning my room. I would also like to suggest Solar film for the full height windows. The afternoon sun is too hot and glaring for the room if I draw open the curtains fully to enjoy the lovely view.

One elevator was broken. So it took you a while till you were in the Lobby to the room.

The shower did not work properly. Water spilling out from the shower everywhere.

Great service and a great price. I visited during the Cambodia COVID-19 pandemic. All safety measures were instituted and the staff were amazing. Very upscale hotel for the Phnom Penh area. I felt safe and comfortable. The hotel's focus is clearly based on customer satisfaction.
