Not a particularly warm welcome, had to fill out registration form outside. Other accommodations already filled out as they have most info through booking.com. Room is noisy, no sound isolation whatsoever. Traffic wakes you before 5.30. Squeeking bed with every move. Regular cold surprises under the shower. Spent 2 nights but no cleanup after first night. At a minimum you would expect emptying the tiny waste basket and tidying the beds a little. At least that is our experience with the many stays we've done elsewhere. At departure we were supposed to return key at breakfast counter. Nobody to be seen and doors locked. Sent message, no reply.

Big, clean room. Pretty comfy beds for my standards, and with nice renewed toilet. Central location in town. Available parking spots in the streets nearby (free by the time we parked our car).

Rooms are very noisy (you can clearly overhear your neighbors). No parking inside the property hof. Pricing was a bit high for the room value - would the breakfast have been included, then it'd have been perfect value for money. Staff could be a bit friendlier.
