Dieses Haus befindet sich in Cudjoe Gardens, einem Haus aus dem offenen Wasser. Großer offener Grundriss zur Küche mit großer Mittelinsel und Tonnenlager, ausgestattet mit fast allem, was ein Koch benötigen könnte. 2200 sq ft Split Floorplan nach Hause. Kein Teppich Fliesen im ganzen Haus, Holz in den Schlafzimmern. 2 Könige, 1 Queen, 1 Queen Schlafsofa und 1 reguläres Sofa. Full House Generator, beheizter Pool, große PVC-Plattform und Dock. Marina mit Gas, Köder, Vorräten und Bootsrampe nur 1 Block entfernt. Sehr sauberes Haus mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Brandneue AC.

Had a great time host and host is very accommodating To our needs

Perfect location just 30 minutes to Key West. We loved having our boat at the house as well as our dogs. Ample parking, great outside space, easy navigating our boat, fully equipped home, lovely water views, friendly neighbors. Wonderful month

Great Place Great Location
We absolutely loved staying here. The location was perfect for our needs, fishing and diving. An easy jaunt to the back and straight out to the front via the channel markers. And the sunsets at American Shoal Light House were outstanding!
We had a few minor issues, but Dana was wonderful to communicate with and most of them were taken care of as quickly as anything can be taken care of in the Keys. She kept in touch with us to make sure all was good.
The absolute best part of the house - the pool! After a long hot day on the water, the pool was such a welcome site!

No room at the inn!
My wife & I are locals to Key West, but a fire at our house left us, our cat and dog looking for accommodations during spring break. Both were old and our dog was a German Shepard. Many "pet friendly" places turned us down!!! Then we found Dana and on short notice, she welcomed us in! We can not thank her enough for the additional support that she provided. The house is wonderful, comfortable, and provided us the retreat that was so needed. We never had any issues and all the amenities exceeded our needs. One other bonus was the whole house generator!! 10 days into our stay, a sailboat hit the "tie line" causing a 4 hour power outage; but not for us! Thanks again Dana

Great location!
We enjoyed our stay. House as pictured in listing, kitchen extremely well equipped. A few mechanical issues while we were there, Dana very easy to reach and did everything possible to resolve them !quickly.

This property is exceptionally clean and met all our needs. Great fishing ! Close to Key West! Beautiful sunsets!!! Can’t wait to come back!
