The off-street parking available nearby was great. The proximity to restaurants, shops and wineries was excellent. The apartment has excellent facilities and very clean. The host provided clear instructions.

There was road noise compounded by roadworks that detoured cars past the property.

Our host was very helpful contacting us via Whatsapp on arrival day giving us information about key pick up and parking. The apartment is a 7 minute walk from the centre of Epernay on one of the main roads so the upper bedroom can be noisy when the window is open, the bedroom in the back is quiet and looks onto a little enclosed yard. We had a welcome bottle of bubbles waiting for us in the fridge so that was a lovely surprise. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our host was checking up the following day that all was good and when I sent a question the folllowing day, I was answered promptly. The kitchen area was great for picnic preparations but you could easily cook some simple meals there. Good wifi. Very family friendly with games and children's accessories as well present ( we definitely had a child free trip!) The parking was a little further down behind another building but it was secure with a remote controlled gate - ideal as we had motorcycles and wanted secure parking. I enjoyed having a bit of freedom of not being in a hotel room whilst being so close to the centre of town. Nearby were patisseries and smaller supermarkets in town as well as the recommended food market on Saturday morning. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Christelle sent fantastic information about the keys and parking. It all went very well. after a long (ish) journey this was perfect.. I loved the excellent bottle of cooled champagne upon arrival. The location was very central. explanations about how everything worked were available and accurate. The coffee machine took a little time and there were no instructions but we are just not used to this particular machine! :-). everything worked, hob, microwave, freezer, fridge, etc.

The toilet seat needed to be screwed on a bit better, it moved around. The location is right next to q2uite a busy road and this was probably easy for us to deduce from the map, but it wasn't mentioned. the shower head was broken but Christelle was open to all this feedback so I assume it will be fixed soon.

We stayed in Apt 1 and it was fantastic! The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating allowing us an early check in and she was available to answer any questions throughout our 3 day stay. we did not encounter any noise issues at all, so I’m not sure why anyone complained about that. The apartment had its own regulated heating and was extremely comfortable with lots of light during the day and located just a few minutes walk from the train and about 8 minutes walk to center of town with all the lovely champagne! Two flat screen tvs, lots of room, a washer. I highly recommend and would love to return here!

Nothing, everything was great!

This was very close to the train station as well as the champagne houses. Very walkable to everything. Host was easy to connect with and responded quickly. For the value this was excellent, clean, and as described and met our needs well.
