Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo. El personal muy amable, la habitación era grande y cómoda. Es un hotel para ir a algo puntual en la ciudad, es decir para quedarse una o dos noches.

La luz del baño no encendía. En la noche hay ruido en la calle (era fin de semana) pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento. Lo ideal es tomar las habitaciones más alejadas de la calle.

The beds are comfortable, the staff was very kind and polite.

The toilet didn’t work properly, the air conditioning wasn’t good enough for the size of the bedroom and in the morning they turn off it, was really hot and we woke up before we were supposed to because of the weather and mosquitos

Over all services were great Monica and Roberto Very attentive. I will definitely return to this hotel👌🥂

The afternoon and evening staff were terrible. The effort to agree on anything is minimal. After a huge effort we managed to arrange a trip to Catalina Island for the next day Combination according to personnel with trip to Altos Chavon is not possible. In the morning, 30 minutes waiting to be taken to the ship. On the ship waiting for 2 hours (until 11 a.m.). Reason ?? waiting for other participants of the trip - coincidentally from our country. Reason for delay of this group ??? trip to Altos Chavon ??? After the trip, get a ride yourself because the arranged ride did not arrive.

You have to go to the receptionist every time for the water to flow from the shower, taking a shower is a miracle... When I wanted to pay by credit card, he wanted to take 30% commission without any explanation, I could understand this because I have local price information, when I asked why he didn't give an explanation, he said you need to know this.

when we got there(at night cause they said that wouldn be a problem) , details we clarified about the time to get there where unknown and didn’t go through as planed. the worker was very unfriendly

the staff was very kind and informative.

the room didn’t come with higiene products. when asked for shampoo they kept on promising that they would bring, but it never happened. also it was hard to sleep one night because the noise from the road goes straight in.

The rooms were so comfy and nice. I really enjoyed the tour of the altos de chavon. I think was the best sunset that I appreciate during my stay at the island

Very nice stay! Perfect to spend some time before or after a cruise trip, if you book the flights by your own! Very friendly staff and they are flexible and take care on all your wishes. They also organized a Taxi from and to Punta Cana airport for us. Thanks and regards from Germany Chantal & Kevin

There was one lady, Elizabeth, who was really helpful calling taxis and such, but aside from that there was nothing positive about the experience.

We felt extremely unsafe in the area. There was no lock box, pool, nor breakfast which these were all listed in description. We checked in to the hotel to find out they were under construction and did not have a room for us and placed us in a random apartment across town with a bathroom where the sink didn’t work half the time. The door to our room had a weak lock and we were concerned our things would be stolen due to frequency of workman coming and going in this apartment space.

They lied to me about the AC. It was very hot inside the room

It is very central, next to the main square and the bus stops to go anywhere. The breakfast was good, and there was drinking water and good wifi. The staff is nice and well informed and answered any of our questions. The room was big and spacious and the bed was very comfortable, the ac and fan work well.

The room and the bathroom could be cleaner. The room is facing the street so you can hear every car and conversation on the street in the morning. It is possible to pay by card, but not if you got a discount from booking, then they accept only cash (or pay the full price with card) with the excuse that it is a discount made by them and not by booking, which might be true, but still should be payable by card. In addition to that their exchange rate is through the roof, I overpaid 20% of the price of booking.
