Location is perfect.Everything is really close by and did not need a transport for town.

The stuff was unhelpful. Someone took out just my used towels and did not bring the new ones. Someone took some money from my purse that was in the room while we were out. We said that at the reception the same day but the lady was too uninterested. She was not willing to look up the cameras. She took my gmail and phone number to contact me, but never did.

The blond lady at the reception was so great and helpful - thank you so much! I am sorry I didn't get your name. Room was always warm. Close to the centre, bakeries, restaurants, shops of every kind. We liked the private parking even though the garage is somewhat tight for a larger vehicle. The WiFi was great!

I decided to book this accommodation based on the reviews, but seems it didn't go well for us. This review goes to the ones that don't do the work properly. Under the beds there was so much dirt. After all this place is rated as a 4* accommodation so I would not expect stained covers and sheets! The shower was clogged, I had to clean someone else's hair. The beds were not comfy as advertised, ok, you can live with that for a couple of days but we could not accept the noise it was unbearable. People around would party up to 5-6 am, not to forget the drunk person one night walking around and knocking on everyone's door for hours!! Should seriously contemplate investing in a security. Too much night life around the street.

Location is excellent for the party animals and city visitors, the room was a great size and excellent value for money, I'd book here again.

Check-in was a little slow, and the elevator failed, which was annoying, especially when trying to navigate the steps up to the top floor when drunk. Such is life.

The fact that it was very easy to reach by public transportation. The zone was also good, there were many pubs and restaurants in proximity.

The space was a little tight, but we got used to that immediately.

Staff was really friendly and great. Even they don't know English so well, they were polite and always ready to help. Location is good and near to important sites.

Parking is so narrow for big car. Beds were not so good.

I think someone threw up in the elevator and it smelled awful; on the floor below us someone laughed all night and you had no one at the reception to announce; very cramped underground parking; the parking lot only opens at 09 am... if you want to leave sooner you can't, you're impounded!

Apartment is in a very good location, and the staff vas very friedly and helpfull.

Apartment is old, bathtub was dirty, a lot of noise from the outside and some awful smell inside the building.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean, the facilities were satisfying and the location was close to the city centre

For some reason the balcony door could not be opened

The location is within the city center and public transport is not necessary.

The room was not well cleaned. The siphon under the shower was blocked and drained too slow. The fan in the hairdryer was damaged and there was a risk of fire, because the heating coil worked. The sink in the bathroom was cracked. The shower cabin is devided by an ugly and disgusting nylon curtain. I would recommend the owner to improve the cleaning service and technical maintenance, as well to invest some money in better bathroom equipment. I wanted to pay in local currency and the staff calculated higher exchange rate to Euro. An invoice has not been issued.

The property had a parking place for a good price, the room was clean and filled our expectations. There are many local restaurants with street food (Breakfast, lunch and dinner as well). The property has a keyless system for doors so you can safely put the card to your pocket.

The location is not the best because of the street. It was noise at night, my partner slept not so much, but it is not a problem of the property. The price was a bit higher but it was high for all property in this location.

Room was nice, clean . Bathroom was clean. Staff was helpful. Everyday change towels. Very good.
