Location was great👍🏻 garage in the building is realy comfortable for people who rent a car

The cach and the curtains in living room need to be cleaned🥺

A comfortable and useful garage under the building - ideal parking, but with some additional noises coming from the entrance thorough the night.

1. Very noisy - the guests are kindly asked to keep quiet from 11 p.m. till 8 p.m., but the garbage trucks came every second or third night at 11:00 p.m and 1:00 in the morning were a real treat for us.....imagine the noise and the nuisance. 2. There was only one set of the bed linen for two guests (it was mentioned in the booking that we would need a second bed and items). I suppose one bed and one set would be convenient for a couple, but I mentioned it to the lady who gave us the keys that I would appreciate a second set of bed linen for me personally - she was couldn't find it in the entire appartement, showing me some shabby bed sheets instead - I had to buy the bed linen myself. Showing the appartement was very short, we had to search for some items ourself, etc. The only important thing to manage was to obtain the fee from my credit card...No a small bottle of water as a welcome refreshement... 3. The kitchen items need some refreshement and cleaning - the wobbly tap in the kitchen was a real highlight. Not to mention the soap and water scam on the taps in the bathroom. 4. In fact, I had to clean the whole kitchen and bathroom myself before using it.... My congrats to the cleaning lady, instead..... 5. The lady who was travelling with me was beaten by the insects (fleas if you ask) in her bed, so I had put her in some other place for her stay....It was simply disgusting!

The property is very clean, close to the city center and the beach. Actually it is close to everything you could imagine. The idea of the garage is a bless. The staff were friendly and helpful. The furniture and the decoration are of nice taste. A modern building with central AC. Thank you Tiphaine and all the team 😊 I would reconsider in my next visit to Nice, and I highly recommend it.

The only thing was the sinks drainage, just need some maintenance. Other than this it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Excellent location for everything...old town, trams, train. Good, comfortable facilities. Private parking garage..worth a lot. Would stay here again.
