SUPERCUTE house with everything you need - so much space. Tula is the cutest lady we mert, my kids loved her. they helped her pick up fallen fruits every morning and got cookies for it🤭 house it superclean. recommend to rent 🚴🏼‍♂️ from Nikos in town and explore the island. We went early april so beaches and many restaurants were closed.

The location was super convenient, right next to the store and a few minutes away from the beach. We got the whole second floor, including a small kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. Super charming place, you can tell they put a lot of love into it. The host was amazing as well. Thanks!

Had to call the owner to find the location as it isn't on Google, and there are no signs. Go where the pin is on the map, and it's the house behind the store.

Very nice apartment, relatively quiet neighborhood. The owner was very kind. A short distance from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the center. Grocery store just below the apartment. It was fully equipped and very clean.

It was hard to find at the first time.

Pros: - a true country-style house with a pleasant master - enough space for 2-4 persons - we were allowed for a late checkout for free - close to beach facilities and relatively close to a city center

Cons: - overpriced in a high season - we came for friend's wedding ceremony ant it was hard to find something else - the house was not renovated since 80-90 (however everything was clean and worked absolutely fine) - a bit noisy because of summer insects outside (not a big deal actually)

Toula is very kind, we loved staying with her. The air conditioning is top-notch and was great for hot nights. We had a bit of trouble finding it initially, but once we got there, we loved the location. It’s not in the center, but we thought it was the perfect distance to town. A few close beaches and an excellent fish restaurant are nearby.

It feels like visiting your grandparents house! Super clean, nicely decorated and in a very quiet location. It can easily host a big family (1 double bed + 3 single beds, fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine etc.) 700m from town centre, 300m from a nice beach, 20m from a haberdashery/grocery store... what else would you ask?

Wouldn't change a thing

Very clean comfortable accommodation with a nice cosy terrace to sit out on. Host very welcoming and lives below on ground floor.

The apartment is about 50m from a main road on Spetses. Scooters and other motor cycles are very common there and the noise of these is quite difficult in general and even in this apartment, at that distance.

Highly recommended for a group of friends 2-6 ppl. Excellent hostess - excellent location - traditional house (while also spacious and well equipped tho) on a great price. Just book it if available (you're lucky cause usually it's not).
