Bagno ad uso esclusivo fuori dalla camera, poca privacy ,era necessario attraversare un corridoio. Acqua calda non disponibile sempre, perché prodotta con impianto solare, svegliatomi alle 6 non mi è stato possibile fare una doccia calda.

Great position, though it is in the city centre the villa is located in side alley that isolates it from traffic and noise. The rest is in walking distance and you'll be in constant whatsapp contact with the owner who is more than willing to help. recommended.

The place was dirty and the smell of old people was not bearable. The cleaning lady couldn't speak any language. Bathroom was filthy and full of rust. after the shower you felt dirtier than before. You couldn't flash toilet paper in the toilet. The beds were very uncomfortable and the mattresses were dirty and smelly. The air condition worked badly and smelled like something rotten. The "washing machine" in the common bathroom was old, dirty and we couldn't use it. We had to use the washing machine which was used by the cleaning lady and we had to wait more than 3 hours to do the laundry. It's not worth it. Find something else. Even the garden was full of rotten oranges 🤮

Good location, had everything we needed for one night. The host was the stand out - very good communication (English), ensured everything went smoothly and that we were happy. Even organised a taxi for us the next day at short notice and provided some recommendations ☺️

Very nice host. He gave detailed instructions on how to find accommodation. A lot of information about shops, cafes, sights of the city. Accommodation in the very center of the city. The female maid is very pleasant and uses to make you feel comfortable. The room is quite large, the bed is comfortable. There is enough space. The shared kitchen has everything you need. I felt comfortable and safe. I liked everything.

There were problems with the Internet. But after my complaints, the nice lady maid fixed everything.

The villa is right in the center of Tirana, very close to most interesting places of the city. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave us some recommendations about places to eat and visit. He offered us paid parking in the yard for one of our cars and showed us a nearby place to park our other car for free. The rooms are spacious and well-equiped, not luxurious, but good enough, especially if you stay for 1-2 nights.

The owner Artan was exceptionally helpful and extremely fast in communication. Arranged for me a Taxi for pickup from the airport for 15 Euros. Very flexible checkin and checkout time. Basically right in the center of the city. It feels like a home away from home.

Don't expect a fancy finishing. Its a relatively old villa divided into 3 seaparate units. Each unit has two rooms with common kitchen for each unit. The Villa is in a dead end narrow street which is dark at night. Also there is a cafe right beside the villa, so in the morning it could be loud. The woman responsible for the villa is very friendly, but she doesn't speak any English. You can deal with her via Google Translate.

Pets were roaming around and pooped inside the main hall resulting in foul smell all over the apartment. Very narrow street to enter the premises. The pillows and conforms were not cleaned

Stayed in a double room , bed was comfy but a little short for me. Could have been a tad bit cleaner but it’s nothing luxurious- just somewhat older. overall im happy with my stay

The rented premises were close to all amenities. Generally, the center of the city. Close to everywhere on foot. The apartment were very clean and pleasant. In any case, a stay in Tirana was very nice and I have had nice time :) The hosts are very nice at place. But Artan is an absolutely helpful guy and will give you any needed advice (even we only comunicate over WhatsApp). Artan, you are absulutely star :)
