Very nice place in a good location. Easy communication with owner. We would stay there again.

There was supposed to be a little food store. It is no longer there. But that is not anything to do with the Chalet

All the restaurants we ate in were excellent and reasonable prices, a bit cheaper than UK. Local wine is good (and so are the cocktails!). Lots of walking trails and lots of people walking all over the area. It would be lovely to visit at another time if the year too.

We were lucky to be near a little food shop but area could do with more food shopping for those staying without own transport and who are self catering. Also a couple of little shops selling some local items, souvenirs, toys etc for visitors from further away would be nice. Buses stop running shortly after ski lifts closed so was difficult to get to many of the restaurants for dinner (we were staying in Lucky but ate a couple of times in Biela Put area). Had to plan to finish skiing a little early to get changed and use last buses and then get taxis back (expensive €20-€30 but there were 5 adults and a child). Would be nice if they ran an hourly bus through the evening so you could visit more of the restaurants.

It has a lot of different games to spend a great time with the friends. We really enjoyed the Kinect games. Kitchen is great. It’s big and had all needed utensils. We forgot to buy some stuff for cooking and were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen had all we needed in it including spices and oil

It would be great if TV was newer so it’s possible to connect via screencast or anything like that from phone but it was not a problem for us at all

Clean, comfortable, close to the ski lift. Everything was okey.

We got wrong code to the keybox. But we solved the problem.

It is a very homey, warm, quite spacious and comfortable house very close to the lift. We liked it a lot. There was enough of room for all 5 of us and it could fit 1 more person easily. Kitchen was well equipped with all you need. There is a small food shop just 1 min walk from the house but unfortunately we could not use it while it was shut - Sunday and bank holiday. The restaurant just another 1 min walk from the property serves delicious food with great service. We ate there daily and loved it! Another good recommendation for this place is that you definitely need to book a table in advance.

We liked it all. It would be better to have another small television in one of the bedrooms though, while the only TV was there was occupied by our teenager and we had to argue to get some access to it :) but that is not a huge problem.
