Quiet apartments

Location excellent Apartment very clean, facilities perfect

very comfortable bed, all electrical items in working order.

balcony door very stiff and made a rattled when it was windy which was bad through the night.

The apartment had everything we needed for a week's stay. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. The washing machine was a bonus too with a great place provided for drying washing. The balcony was the best part as it was pretty much in sun all day and overlooked the apartment complex and pool which was kept immaculately. Location was fantastic. Very short walk to the shops and restaurants, there is a very well stocked Spar shop right outside and the bus stop to the airport and local towns is a 5-10 minute walk. There was also plenty of parking. We would definitely use this apartment again.

All good. Could have done with some sharper kitchen knives for cooking but this is very minor.

Great location literally 5 mins walk to the beach, bars and restaurants, clean apartment, plenty of towels, cooking facilities if required, smart tv with all the required channels and a safe at no extra costs. For the amount the apartment cost i can't really complain about anthing in the interior of the apartment.

Unfortunately the paint from the above balcony would fall onto you whilst sat outside if a breeze or wind was present so we didn't use it after the first day apart from brushing up the flaking paint. I reported this to Andrea who looks after the apartment and said she would be arranging for this to be fixed and have no reason to doubt this will not be carried out.

so close to the strip and right across the road from spar.washing machine and wifi in the apartment.tv with all channels even Irish.the pool was quiet no running for sun loungers it was very chilled and relax would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

towels weren’t replenished or sheets not changed but didn’t bother us as we made use of the washing machine

Could c thru bathroom window from hotel opposite frosted glass needs to replace glass, balcony wasn’t cleaned ,not enough power points, could have done with towels that weren’t well used

I taught we would have got clean towels and sheets staying 5 night ..

Shower head cracked.

The property was very much as described and offered value for money. The oven and washing machine were very useful, as was having a Spar supermarket next door. The safe was good size and would fit most laptops.

The bed was a bit soft for my liking.

It was located brilliantly, a 5 minute walk up from the main Street. Quiet location with a supermarket opposite. Great facilities inside and a large balcony/terrace.

The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress dipped in the middle and the bedroom curtains were light, didn't block the light. Unfortunately the hot water in the shower ran cold after about 5 minutes, preventing a long shower.

I stayed in Aguazul (apartment 315 on 2nd floor) for 4 wonderful weeks and I was so impressed by the attention to detail in the apartment. It was the best equipped apartment I've ever stayed in! Everything I needed was there, including such items as washing up liquid, hand soap, cloths and sponges, a generous supply of towels, comfy pillows and clean bedding weekly. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh. The kitchen had everything I needed, the balcony had sun all day long with a great view over the pool and the sea, the living area and bedroom were spacious and comfortable and the laundry room provided a great drying area, leaving the balcony free for relaxing. The Spar shop is 3 minutes away and the seafront and main tourist area is a 5/10 minute walk. The icing on the cake was Andrea! She was so friendly, considerate and helpful without being intrusive. A real asset to the owner! When I mentioned that the digital TV box wasn't working she contacted the owner and had it replaced the next day! Thank you for everything Andrea and the apartment owner! I will definitely be back in Aguazul!

Nothing. The pool wasn't heated but that was clear before I went and wasn't a problem for me.

Quietness (although it was march). Clean, friendly staff, value for money, near the strip.

Apartment 215 was so clean and overlooking the pool but needed a little updating.

The fact the apartment wasnt cleaned all week where as normaly maids cum in at least 3 times

As always everything was spot on

There is nothing not to like about the place
