beautiful place. very good location. sun sets are amazing?

It's a beautiful villa, with an excellent view to the sea and big space for parking. The rooms were clean and the whole house with the garden showed care and good taste. Everything worked (wifi, kitchen, washing machine, outside kitchen, AC..etc) and we spent a lot of time on the very spacious balcony on mornings and evenings. We arranged our arrival and leave very easily with the host who kindly answered our random questions about the area, restaurants and other practicalities quickly throughout our stay. The beach is walking distance on a steep path but the view from the terrace worth the effort. The sea is also accessible with car and we saw plenty of parking places even on busy days. Downtown Cefalu is ~2 kms but a nice walk on the beach. There's a big supermarket 2 minutes walk away from the house.

The place is very silent in general. We were unlucky as there was a construction work not too far from the house that caused some noise on weekday mornings. Also, as we visited in the beginning of Ferragosto, some parties on the beach played loud music and did fireworks that were audible in the bedrooms until 11-12pm on the main days of the festival.
