The Cleanest of the caravan, it was a really nice caravan.

There was no central heating. Which it dont normal bother us but was really cold over night this weekend But there was some plug heaters left for us which did warm the bedrooms up pretty quick. And also there was a gas fire to help with the warmth

Location was perfect to get to where we wanted to go . Size of accommodation was perfect. Very dog friendly

There was no key to open the gates to get to the beach so had to climb steps which is not good for me ,

The caravan was great with a nice decking veranda with seats. Location was perfect as it was close to the beach and fantasy island.

When we arrived the Gas cooker was not cleaned, it was greasy. And the fridge was abit dirty too.

Lovely caravan, very clean, great location very close to fantasy island and the beach. Host communication was great, would definitely stay again. Very quiet little park too.

The seating area had a smell of somthing unpleasant. The cushions need deep cleaning because they smell. Behind the toilet was dirty not cleaned. Kitchen floor dirty and need of replacement. Lots of snagging needs reaparing. No light bulbs in kitchen, boiler broken, shower holder broken. Chair on balcony broken, strip on door broken.

Fantastic Location close to all amenities, clean and in a peaceful tranquil setting.

Very dark at night without lighting on site. I would recommend you bring your own duvet and bedding and a torch .

Very clean caravan and had everything you needed .Home from home ,very good location for fantasy island and on the stretch for skegness too 😊
