Every morning we had a delicious breakfast on our private terrace, with fresh fruit and juice. The hotel is just far enough from the busy street that you would have never guessed you were in a city. The sounds of tropical birds were everywhere. What was truly special, however, was the staff. They were immensely helpful, and when the two of us were ill with the infamous "Bali Belly" the staff showed us genuine concern and were just so helpful. Whenever we return, I wouldn't imagine booking a room anywhere else.

Een fijne kleine accommodatie met een prachtige ligging iets achteraf van de doorgaande weg in Ubud waardoor het een oase van rust is. Ruime schone kamer met fijn balkon wat uitkeek op het zwembad. Een super uitgebreid ontbijt om uit te kiezen wat bij je kamer wordt bezorgd. Behulpzaam en lief personeel!

Lage ist wirklich richtig super. Zum Yoga Barn waren es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Restaurant und Supermarkt alles direkt vor Ort. Mitarbeiter total freundlich und lieb. Die Zimmer sind Mega groß und sauber. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht direkt an der Straße., sondern man muss 100 Meter zu Fuss gehen. Alles kein Thema nur der Fahrer hatte Probleme die Unterkunft zu finden. Liegt aber auch daran das es bei Google maps als Straße aufgezeigt war.

We couldn’t fault one thing - absolutely everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, beautiful surroundings and excellent location. Exceptional breakfast every day and the staff insisted on providing us with a ‘breakfast box’ when we needed to leave early a couple of mornings which was a lovely touch. Would love to return one day!

Staff - the staff ( Robot, Jos, Ngurah, Made, Pandi and others) were exceptional in the level care afforded to our family. My <1 year old son felt very comfortable quickly by how friendly they were. This made a huge difference! They also helped us organise our trips right from reception which was a game changer when you are trying to rest AND look after a young kid at the same time. They really above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of our stay. Location - Conveniently situated within walking distance to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, you name it! But hidden away enough so that it’s quiet Small touches - laundry, refilled drinking water in the room, the offer of tea and coffee after coming back from a tiring day exploring!

The layout of the resort is very nice and pretty, and staff was helpful

1. It is a little old so there is no telephone or hairdryer in the room 2. You’ll have to walk through an alley to get to the hotel, which is not a big deal if it’s good weather but we arrived on a rainy day so it’s a bit annoying

Great location in center which is super busy with traffic, but the hotel is very peaceful as is set back from the road. We loved the traditional style of the room and all the surrounding greenery. Staff were lovely also

The location is wonderful - very quiet, down a path away from the main road but close enough to walk to all the delights of central Ubud. I was doing Yoga classes every day at the Yoga Barn and it was just a short walk to arrive there. The pool was fantastically clean and a very good temperature. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly to talk too. I always felt like a valued guest while I was there. The ambience and vibe of the hotel is classy.

The location was amazing! The staff were all very lovely. The swimming pool was a great place to relax and swim.

Just wow. I think I've travelled halfway around the world and stayed in all sorts of luxury hotels, but this totally exceeded my expectations. I can't thank you more for the absolutely amazing service, helpful and smiling staff who always accommodated our requests (e.g. a new thermos of hot water for the baby every day, scented sticks against mosquitos every night...). They were always very willing to give advice and help with anything that was needed. The accommodation was beautiful, large, clean, Bali style. If we visit Ubud next time, we will 100% choose this accommodation again, even among all the much more luxurious hotels in the area.

The room, grounds, and pool were all enjoyed greatly.

Superb hotel. Large private villas, stunning landscaping, perfect central location, idyllic setting, and awe-inspiring bathrooms. Special compliments to the staff - models of warmth and professionalism.

The hotel was truly perfect!

I thought the location down a narrow path and far off the main street was beautiful and quiet. Still, it was close to walk to many choices of good tourist restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the view from my room, which was adjacent to the pool.

Would have enjoyed a kettle and refrigerator in the room. Could not make the room dark at night as there were spotlights behind the building so light came through windows at the top of the back wall. I had to use eyeshades to sleep.

I totally felt like home there. All the stuff of the hotel were so kind to me. Although it's in crowdy Ubud it's a pretty nice, quiet little place of paradise! You can ask the stuff also, if you need a driver and they show you the spots where you want to go, or which they suggest. Thanks especially a lot to Jos, Wayan and Moly (which I unfortunatelly haven't seen to say goodbye!) So thank you!! It was a pleasure to me!

Excellent location in the centre of Ubud, but tucked away in a quite alley in nice surroundings. lots of nature around: can see frogs, butterflies, praying mantis, bats, birds etc.

Some members of staff were too pushy, on the verge of harassment. A particular young member of staff would over step the boundaries and would not leave me alone, passing inappropriate comments. another older member of staff pushed to sell his jewellery rather insistingly

Kebun Indah was much better than any expectations. I booked the Deluxe Room with pool view and it was incredible; not many people were swimming in the pool so the area felt very relaxing and private. The staff was amazing and always available in case of help. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, you can choose among different options, simple but very genuine. Every afternoon they ask you for tea or coffee and serve you also small bites, such as a piece of cake. The room is cleaned every day with great care. I also appreciated that every evening they would put a mosquito coil outside the room. The location is perfect, I couldn’t ask for more: right in the centre of Ubud (pretty much everything you want to see is reachable by walking), yet a bit far from the traffic - as it is positioned in an internal and quite street. I would 100% recommend and book again in the future. Booking through the Genius pro frame gave me quite a lot of discount, so for me also value for money is a 10/10.
