I like the location, beautiful beach.

The rooms should be more comfortable.

Location is good, breakfast is good.

Getting to the hotel during the rainy season is challenging, the roads are a mess. Overall, the value for money is not great. It is an expensive hotel for Brazilian standards.

There were only one key for 3 persons, and not enough covers, a lot of mosketo on breakfast

We absolutely loved the beach-side location. It was perfect for us , we loved the feeling of walking onto the beach straight from the hotel! It was a peaceful hotel set in a calm location , the hotel was really clean and tidy and the staff took great pride in their work. The bathroom had very nice facilities and were clean and tidy , and the rooms were roomy and comfy. The tv was a great addition with the option of Netflix and some local channels. We felt very safe and secure in the hotel and would really like to commend the staff for their hard work and positive, friendly welcome. One huge positive for us was the dedication of the staff to support and help us through the week. The owner of the hotel made a really good effort to introduce himself to us and communicate with a English to us. He was on hand and available all week when we needed. Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to extend our stay by a day and the hotel staff were very accommodating to this change. Thank you!!! We couldn’t commend the restaurant and bar staff enough. They were always there when needed. Especially Wesley - a wonderful member of staff at the bar / restaurant. He was a friendly face every day and went the extra mile for us during our stay. He even spent some time teaching himself English to make sure he could help when he could. We will definitely be returning to the hotel. We had a wonderful stay.

There really isn’t a lot we didn’t like about the property ! It was so lovely. The only thing we struggled with was the condition of parts of the road to get the hotel. Which is of course NOT the fault of the hotel.
