The room had damp on the wall by the main door to the room just had a bed and stainless steel sink had black mould in the shower and the toilet seat was broken we arrived Thursday night and should of been leaving Sunday but we left Friday morning not happy at all

Ideal breakfast set up - continental style in the room. Copious amounts of coffee & tea & fresh milk in our own fridge.

Absolutely everything!!! We drove up to Holland House, there were beautiful white lights around the trees outside, already we had fallen in love with it, what a greeting!!! The gardens were immaculate ❤️ We went inside to see marmalade, jam, butter and milk in a fridge!! Fantastic touches!! We were smiling from ear to ear 😁 Our room was a gem, it was a balcony room, we looked at the balcony with table and chairs with beautiful lights in the corner that made it very romantic.... just a shame that the weather wouldn't play along! The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, nice size TV, lovely little kitchen area that sliding doors can be used to conceal it...Lynne even put a lovely fresh loaf in there!! The bathroom was spotless, heated floor tiles, lovely shower, heated towel rail, it really couldn't of been any better! Actually it can....our dogs were allowed to stay 🐾🐾 and it was situated in a great location, not far from the docks and local amenities. I don't know why I am here writing this.... I'm off back to Holland House!!!

Just the fact that my Husband had to go back to work and we couldn't stay longer.... very selfish of him!! There really isn't anything to not like it was a gorgeous house and Lynne the host was fabulous, on hand for anything you need or knowledge of the area, 10 out of 10 Lynne x

Lovely location, a few yards from the sea front, great views over tge Merseyside of liverpool. perfect for walks/runs/cycles. Close to pubs. Free street parking. Good size, modern bathroom.

Heating not on when I arrived and needed to ask. Owners were quick to sort and apologetic. tea/coffee area outside room, would be nice if this was in your room for privacy, although I never bumped into the occupants of the other room. Room tired, including furniture, decorating and carpet. Small room, best suited to a solo traveller - 1 chair. No table, made eating toast supplied tricky.

Location was perfect to family and to amenities within walking distance. We used the garden studio and the balcony room both were perfect for our needs. Thankyou.

We stayed at the garden apartment for 5 nights and it was gorgeous, a beautiful gem!  Great location, peaceful, very comfortable, fab parking, everything you need is there and it just feels like home. The homemade bread is the best we have ever tasted. Julie the manager was extremely helpful, excellent communication and very attentive. The flat was absolutely spotless thanks to Patsy. It's prefect and we will definitely be staying again real soon!

Lovely room. I booked late and thr hosts were very accommodating, the room was warm and the bed very comfortable...all in all a very nice set up

It was a freezing cold day and snowing! Julie had everything ready for us… the heating was on and an extra blanket provided should we need it. Our room was lovely warm and cosy.. just what we needed.

The T.V was a bit difficult at times and the picture would get a bit blurry but we got there in the end and it didn’t spoil our stay.

everything. the staff was really helpful and even suggested to make us dinner upon our arrival.. The house was superb and enjoyed it. Wifi was also awesome
