600$ dollars were stolen!!!

Украли 600$ долларов в номере, из кошелька в сумке, когда отходил купаться в бассейне! Отвратительное место. Категорически не рекомендую. Втираются в доверие: при вечернем заезде сказали, что можно оплатить утром, на что я отказался, и при хозяине вынул деньги из кошелька. Сам хозяин очень набожный, что даже не давало повода. Вероятно, в сговоре с уборщиком. В какой-то момент под конец путешествия, перед самым отъездом в аэропорт - вытащили из кошелька деньги, когда был в бассейне. Уже просто физически не было времени разбираться и вызывать полицию, тем более в момент отъезда они просто как будто испарились. Слава Богу, соблаговолили оставить хотя бы 200 долларов, на которые хоть как-то смог потом прожить 3 последующих дня в Куала-Лумпуре.4 На будущее - можете сразу при заселении спросить относительно краж в отеле, в случае чего - пугать наличием отпечатков пальцев на кошельке и вызывайте немедленно полицию. Уже минимум, 2ой прецедент судя по отзывам на букинге. They stole $600 dollars in the room, from a wallet in a bag, when he went for a swim in the pool! Disgusting place. I absolutely do not recommend it. They ingratiate themselves: upon arrival in the evening they said that I could pay in the morning, but I refused, and in front of the owner I took the money out of my wallet. The owner himself is very pious, which didn’t even give a reason. Probably in cahoots with the janitor. At some point towards the end of the trip, just before leaving for the airport, money was taken out of my wallet while I was in the pool. There was simply no time physically to sort it out and call the police, especially since at the moment of departure they simply seemed to evaporate. Thank God, they deigned to leave at least 200 dollars, with which I was somehow able to live for the next 3 days in Kuala Lumpur.

Size of room was great. Bathroom very spacious.

Used soap bar with hair on. Very mucky bedside table lamp, looked like a bird had a poo down the shade! Cold water in shower. No breakfast offered which was supposed to be included in price according to booking.com. In all of the other places we stayed in in Bali, we were told about breakfast times/offerings when we arrived. Cash only on departure.

Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute. Il nous a réservé un taxi pour aller à l’aéroport. Il nous a aidé à louer un scooter. De plus nous avons pu avoir la chambre avant l’heure

Les espaces communs (piscine et couloir) n’étaient pas très propre.

The pool area is beautiful, rooms were lovely and everything you need. Cold air-conditioning thank God! Wayan the host was really helpful and made me feel comfortable. Helped organise travel to Sanur ferry even with my limited Indonesian and his limited English. Close to a lot of restaurants, spa next door and beaches around a 15 minute walk. Would happily stay here again! Thank you again Wayan :)

Basically nothing

Kubu Munggu is an awful place to stay, the images provided on booking.com are not reflecting the actual circumstances. It is very dirty, moist, the bathroom lights were only partly functioning. The AC was not cooling only making a very loud noise. We could only sleep approximately 3 hours due to the heat in the room. We stayed in other accommodations in the same price range and never experienced such a poor property. It was a terrible experience, we booked for 5 days but left for another accommodation after the first night.
