It’s a very nice location, if you want to stay away from city and a peaceful place, then that your place. Location is amazing.
I went with my kids so was looking for something closer to nature.

The unit we stayed in was nice and the Lake Las Vegas area is beautiful. It's very quiet and peaceful there. The couch in the unit was not clean and had an odor which we reported. We had to cover it with sheets to sit on it. Might be time for some new furniture in that unit. Bed was just ok.

This place was as advertised. It was lovely to walk along Lake Los Vegas and there were good restaurants nearby. Its location made visiting Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West straightforward. Access to Las Vegas was easy but depended on traffic.

Loved the location and the condo. We discovered the beds box spring in the second bedroom was broken causing a dip in a section of the mattress. Experienced extremely low water pressure (but only in the master bathroom...weird) during our first morning there. Couldn't even flush the toilet...had to use a big container of water to flush it. Water pressure eventually returned and was good the rest of the time. Other then that we loved our stay.

We came into town to celebrate Thanksgiving with our older children. This unit had plenty of room for us and the dining room table was perfect for dinner! We loved the little shops and stores in the community just a few steps away.
We also loved the location... peaceful with hiking trails nearby but only 20-30 minutes from the strip.
The unit is accurately described in the posting and communication was detailed and prompt. Thank you for sharing!!

We loved the condo at Lake Las Vegas! It was spotless. Just perfect for our family of 4. We came to Vegas to attend a wedding in Boulder City and to spend time with family in Henderson. None of the craziness of the strip. We felt safe and secure in the condo. We enjoyed walking, shopping, and eating in the village.

We were in Vegas for 5 nights and wanted the ability to get away from the craziness of the strip. We hit a home run with this condo. It's less than 30 minutes from everything Vegas has to offer, but it feels like you're in a different world. Just a 2 minute walk to Lake Las Vegas and with a bunch of cool shops and restaurants right outside the door, it's a great place to enjoy your Vegas vacation. Clean with an easy check in process and all the amenities you want and need. Thanks for making our time in Vegas memorable.

Quiet place away from the Vegas strip. So cute and picturesque with the cute shops, lights and view. Everything was clean and maintained.
We were bummed every night that the pool was locked early, but later learned it was due to lightning. We just wish there was a sign/better communication.
The text messages had all the information, but the messages were so long and hard to scroll through. I would have appreciated the same information in an email as well to read it easier.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Communication was great and any questions I had were answered quickly. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the area was quite quiet and relaxing. The village was fun, shops, farmers market and restaurants were amazing. The entertainment on the weekend was a nice surprise. The weather was perfect and we spent most afternoons by the pool. We would love to stay here again!

this property is an excellent choice especially for two couples as each bedroom is large and comfortable with a bathroom accessible .. the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals and is open to the living area to talk with your people .. the lanai is pretty large and comfortable with a really nice view and good for bird watching as well .. it’s quiet and peaceful .. we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home .

I only wish they had better patio chairs maybe a couch or something, but aside from that everything was great! Having parking in the garage as well is always a huge bonus! So that was a great surprise :) I would absolutely book here again and will in the future. Thank you!

Lake Las Vegas vacation
We were disappointed in this property. It has several maintenance issues (toilet leak, sink leak, washer and dryer didn't work, garbage disposal did not work, expired filter in fridge). The unit was also very dusty and the hideaway bed in the living room was filthy. The shower in the master is very small. The pools were very nice and the unit is close to the village restaurants and grocery shopping. For the cost, would recommend looking at a better kept unit.

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Las Vegas. This was our second time staying in this area. My husband really likes the Reflections Golf Course and I like to hike so we were both happy. The unit was clean and other than being short on flatware, well equipped. We enjoyed checking out the restaurants in the village. We have never been there when the kayaks or paddleboards were available, or when they were having outdoor music, but would like to see what it’s like. Our only major complaint was the parking situation. We had to park in the Hilton parking deck and walk to the condo. The circular driveway in front of the building was always full of service and commercial vehicles. Owners park in a basement lot. Not sure why, as renters, we couldn’t do that also. But all in all a nice experience.
