Size of room suitable for group of 4. Duty manager tried to help us in our issues we face. Accessible to the nearby malls and nearby famous eateries.

Aircon did not work properly, cant solve issue & we had to change room, towels and other room items not enough, soap need to request, we feel bad have to keep calling housekeeping for these items. Towels not very clean, have stains and need to get changed.Night time can be noisy when parties on going at hotel as seemed to be able to hear. Water bottles in glass also dun seem to replenish for us and nothing mentioned about it if we do the refill ourselves. Basic housekeeping necessary checklist seemed to be missing - a room for 4 pax should have items enough for 4 pax but seem to cater for 2 pax only.

特にないが大通りから一歩下がったところに入り口がある 部屋からの眺望が一般家屋を見下ろす感じで、ちょっと悲しくはある

Very close to 2 malls and 1 supermarket, which means it is easy to buy stuff that I will need but forgot to bring along. Japanese restaurant nearby has fantastic ramen. Room was spacious and clean and value for money.

This hotel is amazing. I had mistakenly booked for next year. However, after finding out when I had arrived this year, the lady quickly sorted it out for me. The room was amazing, cleaned everyday to perfection. Everything you require for comfort would be no problem for the staff at the hotel. The facilities , gym, infinity pool are immaculate. I love this place. The location is ideal, perfect for walking or driving top Penangs many attractions.

I think more fruit available for breakfast. The buffet was a bit limited. Cooked was amazing and cooked to order. However, just a few more buffet selections would be great. Lovely service at breakfast and decorated stunningly.

Beim Pool wurde gerade Umgebaut beim Durchgang zum anderen Gebäudeteil also musste man einen anderen Lift benutzen um in das Gym zu gelangen.

The location was great, across the street from the bus terminal and malls. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was receptive and nice. There was a mini fridge in the room and every day coffee and water was replenished. The pool area is amazing. AC was great. Shower was fantastic with good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

I felt like the staff could have offered more information for tourists at check in and that they could have offered some pamphlets, a local map or general info about how to get around without a car. I found the CAT bus on my own and discovered food courts in the mall on my own. I discovered the hotel gym on my own. It is tucked behind the pool area. The bathroom had a window into the room. You can close the blinds easily , but it defaults to open, so if you are with others you have to remember to close them when you use the toilet ! There was some renovation outside going on while I was there. There was a little noise from that during the day, but it wasn't too bad. I could have used some hooks in the bathroom for hanging up clothes. The lobby carpet could use a steam clean if you look hard.
