This Villa is spectacular. Words cannot explain what a true gem this place is. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The views from the Villa are breathtaking. If you really want a place to unwind and relax this is the perfect place. The route to the Villa is not easy however it is worth it!

We loved everything about A casa du Rumanu - the villa was immaculate, spacious, beautiful & tranquil. The owners were lovely & thoughtful to say the least. We cannot recommend this place enough it was absolute paradise... seriously do not hesitate to book this accommodation!

This is a unique place in Sicily! Casa du Rumanu is not only a holiday home, but it is a piece of paradise on earth. Breathtaking views, amazing silence, only the sounds of nature, and all this very welcoming and helpful host Giorgio. We want to go back there as soon as possible!

- amazing view - the pool was fantastic - many spots outside to sit and relax - bathroom was very clean - owner was very nice and brought us fresh grapes and eggs - you really feel like you are in nature - airport pick up was very smooth - we arrived very late and the host was so kind to buy us some basic items (water, eggs, fruit) and even some hot local food. Also got lots of great recommendations for Taormina

- mattress in the room upstairs can do with an update - think there may be bed bugs as we got bitten like crazy and the bites were not mosquito bites - a bit far from town so a car is a must - not something that can be controlled but the neighbours dogs are barking all day (when you shut all the doors, the noise is faint)

Nice view to the beach and surrounding cities, mountains.

Streets/roads could be better maintained, hard to get to higher placed casa do Rumanu Taormina. But mostly this is not a problem of property owner.

Stunning view, sea view and Etna view: we had 2 nights of lava eruptions seen from our bed and the terrace, it was fantastic. A place full of peace and quietness. We had terrific holiday's. The owner is very kind and helpful. A place to recommend for perfect holiday's. Thanks for All

Of the dozens and dozens of places we have rented, this was the most heavenly. The views of the Mount Etna area were breathtaking and then views down to the sea. Georgio, the owner, was also sent from heaven. No kinder person has ever seen to our pleasure in his mountain hideaway. Did I mention that it is very much hidden, off the beaten path. A little courage helps to get there, but you land in a clean, spacious, modern home of tasteful design with a great deck and pool. How I loved being there but bring food for several days as you don't run down to the corner store.
