Beautiful property.
4.5
It’s a beautiful castle, refurbished with taste, that kept its charm and authenticity, offering a very peaceful and quiet experience. Very good staff, restaurants, pool. We really enjoyed it.
The parking isn’t covered and with the Sun, the cars were getting extremely hot and even melted.
Although it’s a classified property, I think they should find a solution to cover up with some nice structures.

Lovely hotel and staff
The size of our bedroom, the size of the bathroom; the shower was too little, almost impossible to take a proper bath

Theplace is stunning, great for a relaxing short break of one or 2 nights. However you are in the middle of the country, closest town is about an
Too far away from little towns and villages

It was clean, comfortable, well furnished and beautiful to relax at.
We had dinner at the restaurant and it felt like the waiting staff were not trained. The food was good but they did not have good substitutes for dietary requirements even though we had asked them prior to the visit. However, the chef and food were great- it was just the staff that made it an off-putting experience. Reception girls gave exceptional service and were great. We also got massages but felt like it wasn't worth it for the amount of money we paid. We asked for more pressure but unfortunately our ladies were just not strong enough so we felt like we were just being petted the whole time, so I would not recommend it.

Very relaxing hotel, enjoyable grounds and friendly staff. Excellent dinner as well at the gastronomic restaurant. Basic options for breakfast

We loved our time there. Everything about it is grand but also comfortable. There’s a series of lovely salon rooms that we especially appreciated for having a night cap, reading, chatting, etc. We noticed that some negative comments focused on the pool bring above ground; that’s literally true, but the it’s a very upscale pool and the surrounding lounge chairs are level with it. Staff was great. Breakfast was lovely. And the chef prepared is top tier. Enjoy! Oh, and great location, central to Aix, the Luberon hill towns, and the coast. We loved Cassis btw.
Not much.

A bit on the pricy side but the room and the view were beyond beautiful. The food and wine were wonderful. Every room is stunning. The grounds are very pretty.
Just the price. But you get what you pay for. Room was small but lovely.

Very nice 17th hundred estate, in a very nice park.
Not many facilities, especially considering the space available in the park. For example, swimming pool is dated and not well designed. There is no tennis court.
Another thing to consider is the restaurant. High quality food (no doubt), very well cooked but not flexible at all in terms of adapting to clients needs (for example they were extremely reluctant to remove ingredients from their recipe, despite several requests).

An enchanting and beautiful property in a wine country environment. Absolutely gorgeous!
Nothing. All perfect.

The architecture and the park
the restaurant, the closed bar, the small spaces for others facilities, the rooms amenities

Stunning property with beautiful grounds

A beautiful hotel on exceptional property grounds. Wonderful staff from the gardeners to the check-in staff to the pool caretakers. I was BLOWN away by the gluten-free bread they had: grainy, light, fluffy, DELICIOUS. I need the recipe! Thanks for everything!
2.5
Nice room and location
Organization of restaurant and events was poor : 1 hr waiting on the selected wine. Food given before drinks. Breakfast is ok but strange you have to pay extra for a customized egg in such an establisment

Very nice hotel located about 20mn from Aix. Located on leafy grounds with a nice pool and plenty of areas to sit down and relax both outside and inside.
Confortable & quiet room, everything is brand new and well decorated, very subtle & soft colors. Big bathroom with a bath tube and a separate shower.
Breakfast was served on the terrace and was nice (not exceptional though) with quite a lot of options.
Lunch at the main restaurant served under the big tree was delicious.
Nice staff and warm welcome from the manager
Would definitely stay again
I would have expected to find complimentary water & tea/coffee machine in the room and maybe more lounge chair by the pool but other than those small improvements we had a lovely stay

Gorgeous hotel, amazing service.
Our room didn't have a standing shower.

The employee Fatima was excellent and provided excellent service at the pool.
Some of the employees at front desk did not offer excellent service that you'd expect from a Relais & Chateaux. For example if you requested silverware from them those employees said " you can go get from the restaurant" instead of saying "let me take care of this for you and bring it to you in your room, etc. "

Beautiful Chateau hotel in the heart of the Provence. Very well kept rooms and castle, as well as lovely chapel.
Pool was dirty (full of dirt on the bottom). Found it absurd that in a 5* property the avocado for breakfast was at an extra charge (!!!) and that no fruit was available at lunch (a simple fruit salad) because it had to be "asked for at breakfast"... really disappointing from a luxury hotel.

Foods were exceptional.
We wanted the other room with a big window and they changed our room according to our request.
If they had more available drink in the room, that could be better.

fantastic hotel and services
the duche was not fixing in the bathroom and curtains do not avoid water to the bathroom

The chateau is amazing. The restoration it has undergone is imaculate and the facilities are modern within a veautiful historic shell. The food is magnificent and the service is superb. The staff were very friendly and obliging and cater to any needs. Most all the staff speak perfect english and are very open to helping out with any need of the guests. The rooms are beautiful and the grounds are breathtaking at every corner.

Lovely Provencal chateau. Our room in the main building was very spacious with very comfortable bed. We had breakfast and lunch on the sunny terrace adjacent to the restaurant, which was a pleasure. The grounds are extensive and they provide soft-furnished seating on the lawns. The swimming pool was very warm even at the time of our stay in late October.
Nothing.
