La vista dalle finestre , la pulizia,il silenzio.

Ho soggiornato nell'unità Delphin,L'appartamento è carino e pulito, purtroppo un po' umido visto che è ad un piano che,da un lato,è interrato. Andrebbero fatti alcuni lavoretti di manutenzione agli infissi, ai tendaggi, ( una tenda oscurante ha i perni di sostegno consumati e ci è caduta addosso e l'altra ha il meccanismo di sollevamento che non va più, nella terza finestra non c'è proprio la tenda) alla rubinetteria della cucina, che perde, anche perché la posizione, praticamente sul mare, usura tutto molto velocemente a causa del salmastro del.mare. Buono il letto matrimoniale,i materassi dei letti nella camera singola, sono invece terribili, sfondano e si sentono tutte le molle nella schiena. Da cambiare assolutamente! È silenzioso, tranne che per gli ospiti a noi soprastanti, che erano un po' rumorosi ma che, dopo nostra richiesta, hanno moderato i rumori. Ottima la presenza di smart tv. Buono il wifi.Il check in è stato molto veloce, con poche spiegazioni che però poi ci sono state date in seguito su nostra richiesta. Un po' tortuoso da raggiungere,ma col navigatore c'è la si fa bene e si impara presto la strada. Poco lontano consiglio la spiaggia di Boca barranco bella, poco frequentata, senza servizi ovviamente,ma davvero notevole. Delizioso ed accogliente il vicino paesino di Galdar.

Está en un mini pueblito al lado del mar. Si te alojas aquí necesitas coche si o sí. Carreteras muy oscuras por la noche. Eso sí, muy tranquilo. Personal amable.

Son 3 apartamentos en 3 alturas, nos dieron el del medio. Es muy simple, mobiliario, cocina, baño. Todo muy simple. Las sábanas muy usadas, se les veía viejitas. El agua caliente se acaba muy rápido. La lavadora y secadora (a compartir entre los 3 aptos) están al lado de la habitación. Los inquilinos de arriba las pusieron varias veces a las 12 de la noche y nos molestó bastante el ruido para dormir. Tienen TV con opción a Netflix, etc. pero la pusimos para ver una película y a los 10 minutos se estropeó. Nos quedamos sin TV para el resto de nuestra estancia, a pesar de que avisamos para que lo reparasen.

Super nettes kleines Dörfchen fern ab von jeglichem Tourismus. Apartment ist sehr groß. Großartige Betten.

Die Anfahrt geht durch ein Areal von Bananen Plantagen, die meist in Netzen gehüllt sind. Wir haben uns dann halbwegs dran gewöhnt.

The view to the ocean through all the windows of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and with all one needs for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly, helpful and polite even though I communicated online. The keys were given by a co-worker. Clean bathroom and toilet with all the toiletries needed. Convenient laundry. I think quite good value for money.

Far from everything, restaurants & shops. Thus, one has to have a car. The village was empty. The beach was not nice, down the stairs and the other ones were far away.

The apartment was clean, bright and all facilities I excepted were there. It was very pleasant stay.

Appartement has everything we needed. Big, clean and comfy accommodation. Nice ocean view. Very chill and silent. We really enjoyed the stay.

Owner and slsp receptionist were fantastic and helpful in every way. Calm and quiet location.

Bit old equipment in bathroom but nothing critical.

The property was spacious, quiet and excellent value for the price.

We couldn't work out how to use the television.
