Location is amazing. It's a beachfront apart hotel with good connection to the rest of the island via taxi or bus which is only 100m away.

I can't think of anything...it's really good value for money if you like self catering.

Location was great . The apartment was clean and newly done up , The apartment had its own internet WIFI great TV with all UK Channels and other European Channels Lovely balcony great view out to the sea , Quiet , well run common areas , pools and bars and very clean , good security .

There were no toiletries supplied , Loo paper or cleaning products for bathroom , which the website stated were included . We had to pay extra for bed linen change after one week , cleaning was not included .The shower keep flooding the bathroom , we reported it to the Agent but they did not offer to see into it , I discovered the drain was block ,which I cleared , but there still seemed to be a problem with shower tray overflowing .

The apartment was great and there were so many thoughtful touches like books, cushions for sunbeds and coffee machine that don,t normally come with self catering. The view was amazing and it was so close to the beach.

No inflatables were allowed in the pool and the hotel restaurants were not great so had to walk for food.

First time ever in Canarian Islands. We rented Private apartments in the Apartmenthotel Altamira. We were 5 guests. Though the room was designed for 4 persons, it was not a big problem. We stayed here 4 nights to relax, do little activity, just swimming and enjoying the lifetime. LOCATION 5/5: hotel was close to the beach, many supermarkets around to buy drinks and food for self-catering. The swimming pool was very nice. CLEANLINESS 5/5: Clean towels, floors, bed linen. KITCHENWARE 5/5: Sparkling clean. Glassware for beers, wines, sparkling wines and soft drinks. SERVICE 4/5: quick check-in despite of belated arrival due to flight delay. No cleaning service during the stay.

AIR CONDITIONING 3/5: the air conditioner in the apartments #417 was only in the bedroom. It worked, but leaked. The hotel stood a plastic bowl under the conditioner to collect the drops of condensate. Was inconvenient to pour the water every hour. WI-FI 4/5: Worked good at the studio and balcony, but not in the bedroom.
