Gorgeous apartment, stunning view. Lovely to see the fridge stocked with yummy eggs cheese and bacon! As well as yoghurt and sweet treats. Paola was very helpful over whatsapp too.

Nothing, all great - perfect spot for a few days exploring Bergamo. We'll be back 🥰

Amazing apartment, very central in the old town in a great old building with its unique spirit. Comfortable beds, very good products for breakfast, very kind host, great communication.

A very enjoyable stay. Paola was very patient with us as we were over 2 hrs late checking in due to train issues with further phone issue meaning we had no way of letting her know. A lovely apartment with wonderful views of Bergamo from the balcony where we had our breakfast every morning. Would recommend Mansardina as a place to stay and Paola as an extremely helpful and insightful host.

The apartment is so spacious, immaculate, well equipped, and Paola went out of her way to make sure my visit was a successful one.

This isn’t a good location for a car - I think parking is some distance away.

As it was raining the owner met us at the car park in Bergamo and drove us to the flat with our luggage. So good! Excellent location, only downfall was the weather but that couldnt be helped and also we only stayed one night but should of stayed for 3 at least. We will return!

Spacious apartments on the edge of the old town, very convenient location. Great welcome and wonderful hostess Paola. The fridge has enough food for breakfast. We will definitely stop here next time.

It was our mistake, we thought it will be apartments with balcony like on main photos. But our apartment was without any balcony.

Paola was so kind to introduce Alta bergamo for us. Good choice of breakfast staff, wine. I liked the apartament in the old building just 2 minutes from the funiculiare and 4 min from the bus station.

Nothing disapointing.

The view from this apartment is incredible. The location could not be more perfect. The sounds of swallows chirping and the smell of sweet jasmine filled the air when we opened the door onto the balcony looking over downtown Bergamo & across the valley. Paola was more than gracious with her time, meeting us at the parking garage, helping us with our luggage, and giving us great recommendations for sites around Città Alta. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable (med-firm), and the kitchen was stocked with fresh eggs, milk, bacon, coffee, wine, and everything you’d need to have a wonderful breakfast! We should have cancelled our plans and stayed a week here in this lovely apartment!

Absolutely no complaints. It was perfect!

The apartment was very nice it self (It had quite recently been renovated), the bed was comfortable, the location was perfect and the internet (fiber) worked very well. In the fridge you could find everything you needed for breakfast. The hostess, Paola, who picked me up from the airport, was very kind and went through the different sights with me and showed them on the map even if it was very late. The apartment was cold (14C) when I arrived and it took until the morning to get it warm. The heating worked very well though when turned on. Thus I would like to give the apartment a very high score, but I can’t.

I had plans to sleep late, work from the apartment and to sit and enjoy the views in the sun during my stay. This was not possible. I chose the apartment, even if over my budget, based on the description and the reviews which both gave the impression that there is a great view from the apartment and especially from the private balcony. The reviews further says that the apartment is quiet and calm. This was not the case. It was on the first floor, no balcony and you could only see walls, some neighbours windows in the inner yard and the street (made of cobblestone) from the windows. The neighbouring house (wall to wall from the apartment) was (March 2022) in total renovation (I estimate that it will take a year until it is completed). The noise from the street and the reno woke me up before 7 and it was not possible to work from the apartment during the day. There must be 2 different apartments, but from the listing on Booking it can not be noticed (only if you look very carefully at all the pictures you can see that there are 2 kitchens). I hope this review helps someone to make the decision whether they want to chose this apartment or not.
