Very comfortable room and the breakfast is exceptional.

I recently stayed at the hotel with my family and honestly it was the best decision to book this hotel. Check-in was smooth and took us hardly 5 mins. The room was clean and spacious with a separate area for luggage, wardrobe and changing. The city view from the room was amazing. Toiletries were of good quality. Iron and ironing board was the best thing available in room and it was very useful throughout our stay. They provided us with a complimentary fruit basket which was a pleasant surprise. I asked for extra blanket and it was provided within 10 mins. Food was very good. We ordered pizza from room service and it was cheesy and delicious. Their Frappe was average though. Breakfast was amazing with good options for everyone specially the fresh egg station. They also keep fresh juice and chocolate chip cookes for the guests waiting in lobby/lounge which I find quite courteous. Overall a wonderful experience. Will definitely come again.

Breakfast was monotonous and kids got bored by the second day. A little change in breakfast everyday will be appealing for guests who stay for more days.

من اجمل فنادق جدة و تفاجات بنظافه الغرفه والاثاث والهدوء وحسن تعامل كامل ستاف الفندق بدء من حاملي الشناط حتى الاستقبال ، فندق يعكس عمل اداري منظم بجوده عالية واحترافية رهيبه ، ارجع للفندق مره اخرى و اصبح الخيار رقم واحد لي بجدة . يشهد علي الله اني عميل عادي ولا اعرف أحدٍ بادرة الفندق او اي احد يعمل بهذا الفندق ، انما هي شهادة حق لعمل يستحق الاشادة.

قله الدعاية والاعلان لفندق جميل و نظيف للناس للاستفادة منه لانه يستحق اكثر شهرة مقارنه بالفنادق الاخرى لانه الانظف والاجمل فيما بينهم .

The 2 bedroom apartment didn't have kitchen, which was so inconveniencing for a family with kids to eat.

Our stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, which was a plus. The location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a bigger room, which added to our comfort and enjoyment during our stay.

Breakfast was 120SR per person, which was the most expensive rate during our stay in Saudi Arabia (stayed in 3 hotels in 3 cities). We were hoping for a wider variety of dishes and more creative choices considering the price.

I asked for extra bed but they didn’t offer it then I called the reception and they sent some one to get the payment for the extra bed in advance but the machine was not working. I asked to pay at the checkout but he refused and asked me to come to the reception to pay for the bed! My response was to cancel the request because of making the process so complicated.

Although it was a one night stay, however I really enjoyed it. The staff were super friendly, the room was clean and spacious. Would definitely reconsider this hotel when I come back to Jeddah.

The staff are friendly and they help us a lot. The apartment is spacious. Among all the hotels I stayed in KSA, they have the best breakfast. A lot of restaurants and cafes in front of the hotel
