Staff in restaurants were fantastic, and food was excellent

Facilities were not finished.There was constant construction noise every place you went.Could not relax in the room as all you could hear was hammering we complained to staff but nothing was done.Not a great way to spend our 30th anniversary

The service was top notch! Kudos to the highly attentive staff! Breakfast by the beach was fantastic! The pool was great and the sunrise view from the bedroom/balcony was exceptional!

Some renovations still ongoing which means the hotel will be even better soon!

Room wasn‘t fully ready (leakage in bathroom) but this was fixed swiftly. Bike rental should be complimentary and include options with child seats.

A lot of construction noise, was unaware the hotel was in a soft opening. Asked to move rooms as there was hammering going on non stop in the floor above me, the new room was no better. Laying by the pool you also heard ongoing power tools.

Love the position on the beachfront, relaxing open style bali bungalows, lts of space. Friendly staff.

Pool was green the whole time, and then closed the last two days with 6 hours of water cut off so no toilet/shower. We had to bath iun the sea then. Not the end of the world. Our room on the beachfront was getting a bit tired and others were renovated. One day they all will. We are OK with this as part of the bali charm. Wev likely overpaid for this at over AUD$100/night, as other rooms can be bought for just $30/night.

Rooms- furniture and the bathrooms were old and needs renovations ASAP I have stay here some years ago, so I was very upset with the accommodation as it was not as I remembered

very rundown, grass was growing above sun beds, unkept and jus very dissapointed. I used to always walk past a dream of staying here. it always looked beautiful. now it’s just rundown , the pool is an absolute disgrace with tiles and cement broken and missing. it’s all faded and the breakfast was horrible.

Location good for beach and restaurants.

lBe aware if you stay at this hotel you cannot use the pool on Thursday Friday and maybe Saturday because the pool is used for teaching SUP.

We liked the closeness to the beach, and proximity to cafes and restaurant, the staff were always friendly and ready to help.

The Inna BalI Beach Resort is in close proximity to the Inna Bali Beach hotel, the tower as it is known, and this is undergoing complete renovations with some of it being demolished, as a result it was noisy during the day. When we first arrived the wifi connections had been cut and we did not have an electronic key to our room door for 3 and a half days which necessitated us to wait outside our room until someone came and let us in. The WiFi was down for a total of 4 and a half days during our stay. We did not have internet access during this time. Although the staff smiled and apologised profusely, it appeared to us that no one was in any big hurry to fix it. We regard this as unsatisfactory.

its a bit oldstyle bungalow and so the furnish, I was dissapointed with the construction site near the bungalow, It blocked the beach view, and It quite noisy even in the evening.

we were not told that 2 out of 3 pools were closed Only the small pool,open and it wasn’t very clean. actually a little green. I was looking forward to having breakfast under the banyung tree but that wasn’t open. The wifi was very bad . very hit and miss.
