The house was spacious, allowing sufficient room for our group of high school friends that are now seniors. It provided all the amenities that we required and more, and was clean and very comfortable. The grounds were lovely with a view of the ocean and access to a beach. The host was prompt to respond to questions. My group was very pleased with the property and experience

Loved everything about this home ....the sunsets...the sunrises...location.....comfortable...well equipped.....many thanks to the owner Mr.Tom Murphy very helpful ....did not want to leave yesterday... so now it is back to reality until the next time thanks again for a lovely two weeks in paradise

When going through the door, you feel so welcomed. This is an ancestral home that has all the amenities that had to offer. The view on the back porch is amazing. Going down the pathway to the ocean at low tide and swimming in the warm ocean water was so nice. The beds were really comfortable. It’s a little paradise that the 8 of us enjoyed

This was our second time staying at Toms property! We enjoyed our time just as much as last time. The view is positively breathtaking. One thing that would make this property even better would be to have an outdoor eating area and fire pit. The grounds are so calming we spent most of our days outside. Tom is very quick and easy to get ahold of when needed. :)

We had a memorable stay at this beautiful property in PEI. With 4 kids ages 6-13 there was an abundance of things to keep them busy. The best part was the water. When the tide goes out there is an amazing array of sealife that captured everone’s interest. The kids spent many hours collecting sea shells and watching the crabs and shrimp swim by. The house is well stocked with board games and books for all ages and is in a picturesque setting out of a storybook. Simply amazing! We will definitely return.

This beautiful old home set among grand old Horse Chestnut trees in full bloom, and backed by a field of wildflowers, provided a perfect backdrop from which to explore natural beauty and interesting stories that make up PEI. The house was well equipped, and provided access to a small private beach that allowed for hours of fun shell and sea glass hunting. We appreciated how well our host (Tom) communicated with us and the flexibility that was given when dates needed to be rescheduled due to Covid. Questions were promptly answered and information and suggestions were provided. Well felt truly welcomed. We very much hope to go back someday soon! Thank you Tom and Thank you PEI!

We could not have picked a better place to stay with our family for Thanksgiving. Everything we needed was there for us and then some. So cozy and comfortable. Spectacular view!!! Beautiful property. Great location. We spent hours on the beach . I would definitely recommend this property.

This was our second time staying at the Murphy Farm. The property and beach close by are just devine. I'll be adding this to our favourites and hope to come back for more stays in the future. It's close to Cornwall for groceries and Charlottetown for more attractions. Just amazing!

What a fabulous spot! If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind the Beautiful Red Cliffs property is perfect. The historic ambiance, the amazing views and swimming in the warm waters of the ocean was truly difficult to leave. The host was responsive and helpful....Can’t wait to go back. We had a wonderful stay.

This property is everything it says it is. Well equipped with dishes and kitchen needs, towels and bedding, there was nothing left out. Spotless and clean. Only 15 min to Charlottetown. Lovely beach. A short walk so bring a wagon or backpack if takng things to the beach for smaller children. Lovely breeze along with fans in every room, the house was not hot at all. Would definitely recommend this location. Tom was so easy to reach and answered promptly to all our questions.

The Murphy Farmhouse was everything and more than what we expected!! Beautiful spot - short walk to a beautiful beach; lots of room… We would definitely recommend this property - and plan to return.

This was the perfect place for two 'bubble families' from New Brunswick to enjoy a week during this unique summer. The house is well furnished, with plenty of space for children to play and parents to chat without being in each other's way. The beach is a 5 minute walk through the yard: perfect for beachcombing at low tide, and for swimming and kayaking at high tide. Easy and quick access to Charlottetown, Cavendish, and the rest of this beautiful island!Tom was always easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend this property, and we can't wait to go back!

Absolutely loved everything about our stay! Beautiful ocean views, access to beach and privacy! Lots of room for the kids to play both inside and outside! Tom was very responsive and quick to fix the internet when we had issues. Was a bit hot, but there were fans in every room and the windows open at night helped quite a bit! We would definitely love to go back :)
