First, I have to appreciate all staff of Hilton Serangoon starting from the reception desk to the breakfast/dinner staff. Everything was kept clean, sorted and operated in a very smooth, fast and polite way. The hotel has great location close to the main metro line that goes right downtown, has great proximity to food markets, restaurants, convenience stores. It is well suitable for both family/private and business stay.

It would be great to have a plate and one set of cutlery in the room, besides that I do not have other comments.

Amazing views of the city lit up at night, good shampoo & conditioner, excellent staff darrem and the tall dark haired manager both super helpful and friendly. Pool was a good temp and plenty of helps yourself towels. Location amazing so close to little India and beautiful food stalls

The pool was in shade nearly all of the day. Water in the room was warm, from the tap also, cold water in the gym was good and I would refill bottles and cool in fridge for a bit

Angenehmes Hotel mit kurzem Weg zur Metro, gutem Frühstück und freundlichem hilfsbereitem Personal. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt, Check in und out lief schnell und problemlos.

Der Preis für das Frühstück ist meiner Meinung etwas zu hoch, .

Referi que era lua de mel disseram que iam preparar uma surpresa e não fizeram absolutamente nada. Acho o alojamento caro para a qualidade que tem.

Proximity to restaurants and metro

The rooms were very small and crammed , we booked 2 twin beds but got 1 king bed instead, booking.com made a mistake in sending the information

The metro was relatively close, just behind the hotel. The Hotel staff appeared friendly and helpful, though they didn't follow up on things they said they would do.

Overpriced for what was offered. No bathtub, no bathrobe, very few bathroom necessities provided (i.e. no razor). I tried to order room service and I couldn't get through to the restaurant; when I called the front desk, they said they would have the restaurant call me back....never happened. Hotel is also located right by a famous Hindu temple...very loud and crowded. Only Indian restaurants nearby; if you aren't looking to have that kind of experience, I recommend staying somewhere else. I also saw a lot of homeless people sleeping on the street (and in the bushes!) around the hotel. In the end, I paid over $300 a night and the hotel couldn't even include breakfast. For this price, this hotel 100% is NOT worth it.

Convenient location and very clean

The buffet breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful and the room was clean.

Seems odd to be staying in the annex if you book a king bedded room which was not known before I made the booking. The proximity of the annex to the temple wakes you up so early when they the temple rings the bell (or was it call for prayer). It takes quite a walk to the nearest MRT station.

・シャワーの出があまり良くない ・コインランドリーが高い（洗濯10ドル、乾燥10ドル） ただ、シンガポールの物価だと仕方ない

Room is small, too compact, no sofa, not much walking space...

Somewhat clean but room service wouldn’t clean the rooms at times even when requested.

The front desk people and Hilton management have scammed me and my family. They initially informed us that they will hold a deposit of $400 twice since we got two rooms. They said they will return the money once we check out and we were assured that. However after we checked out and left to our country, there did not remove the hold. When we emailed, they said there was a misunderstanding and that that was a deposit for the first night we stayed. Since we are in a different country, there is not much we can do about it. Please be careful with your money here, they will tell you it’s just a hold and they will return it and then not return it back.

House Keeping was very good, by entire team..applause for that...

1. Reception team needs little more care. 2. Room size was small(since i had opted for king size it cd be bit more bigger), it was smaller than expected. 3. There was limited place to use Iron table since i wanted it. 4. Was expecting bathtub, which was not available 5. Requested for High floor , it was on 3rd floor :(

Rooms have all the luxury as per the room category.

There is no concierge service in this hotel, if any travel has more than two bags then he/she needs to take a trolley to their room for getting luggage. First time I have seen and did the porter work in one of the prestigious group of hotel.

Cleanness

The staff returned 100 dollar bill to me, yet I gave you two 50 dollars bill. She said there was no smaller bills so didn’t want to break the 100 dollar bill. Actually, I didn’t believe what she told me. How come a Hilton hotel didn’t have 50 dollar bill?
