A member of the waiting staff went out of her way to give us a lift to a museum that we wanted to visit. It was only a couple of minutes up the road, but with no transport, it was very much appreciated.
Although I had let them know we would be arriving late, there was no-one on reception and we trundled around the hotel looking for someone. Eventually were met by someone who gave us our key but no chance of any food.

I have already sent an email to the hotel with the issues but as of now they haven't responded.. The check in process was beyond a joke, overcharged at dinner, breakfast was terrible. I could go on and on to be honest. Such a disappointing stay as we were really looking forward to our night in this hotel and had hoped to make this an annual occurrence.

Friendly staff. Cooked breakfast was good.
Room was too hot. Late check-in was problematic due to no reception staff and bar was busy. Breakfast buffet poor selection and quality. Breakfast was delayed due to kitchen problem.

There was plenty of free parking right below our hotel room window. We were going to the Bluegrass festival and really couldn't have asked for closer accommodation. The staff were so friendly and helpful, very welcoming. And true to their word, they ensured the Liverpool final was on in the bar (unfortunately couldn't ensure a win!).
Breakfast on our first morning was faultless, really great. Second morning they had a problem with the gas in the kitchen which meant there were unavoidable delays with service. It would have been easy to just say 'we can't offer a hot breakfast today' and limit things to continental only - but they were determined not to let anyone down. I have to say the staff did their very best in difficult circumstances, and are to be commended for their efforts. It was worth waiting for - lovely hot fresh food, cooked to order. Thank you.

Nice place, was staying as attending an event at the hotel the next day.
First room I was given was so hot and could not turn the heating down as the thermostat broken. The lady at reception was great and sorted a new room for me. However, this was located next to the Kitchen fan which was on all night, so not great

With a short footpath between the Ulster Way and this hotel (avoiding a walk on a busy road) it made an ideal overnight stop. I am glad I did as the rooms were of a good size and the food was more adventurous than the usual fare.
They were short of staff for the lunchtime rush in the restaurant. Bulb missing in light above my bed and cracked plug cover, otherwise they would have scored higher.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and polite and the food was delicious.
The mattress on the bed was so uncomfortable, I could feel each spring (and Iv bit of padding) , the room was very hot also.

The hotel was fantastic, the staff could not had been friendlier and more accommodating. The food was fantastic as well.
Will 100% stay again whether for work or pleasure. Our highlight of the trip.
