The location was very nice.

the smart tv does not work and no technician came to fix it. We had young kids in our group that couldn’t understand German tv. Also, the picture does make the room look bigger than it is. There are no closets either so soon, with a group of 8, your room looks chaotic and messy because you can’t put your clothes anywhere. We checked out a day earlier because we really didn’t enjoy our stay. My wrist broke during snowboarding but couldn’t even stay home to watch a movie or something with my friends. The host really said “in Germany we have technical issues” like it’s some difficult part of the world or something. It all just left a bad taste in my mouth. Especially since the host didn’t do anything to meet us in the middle of all the inconvenience.

the noise from the neighbours

It was very clean and very close to the ski lifts. The kitchenette was well equipped.

There were separate blankets although the room is for a couple. For guests without a car, be aware that there are only one to two buses each hour to the city centre.

The location is superb. Was visiting Winterberg specifically for its bikepark and this property sits in a close vicinity to the ticket shop and the slopes. I was also allowed to keep my bike in the apartment which was very helpful and convenient.
