We feel like at home.

Recently stayed for 4 nights. Katja is a wonderful kind host. Property is spotless + extremely comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Set in a peaceful location with beautiful views + a short walk to Lake Bled. Highly recommend 😊

Katja was a wonderful host - thank you

Katja was by far the best host we have ever had. She was generous, kind, thoughtful and diligent in her provision of everything we needed for a good holiday apartment. She provided tourist information in paper format and verbally, and was always happy to answer questions. Her English was excellent. Yet she was not intrusive. We were given clean towels every few days, clean sheets and the apartment was cleaned half way through our stay. Katja provided food for breakfast, lunch and a hot meal the next day when our flight delayed us arriving in time to get to the shops. The icing on the cake was a bottle of bubbly and chocolates for a birthday that happened while we were there. She had noticed it on the passport and even though the birthday was the day before we were due to leave, Katja gave it earlier so we could enjoy the drink without worrying about driving early the next day. Truly an exceptional host. The apartment was spacious, clean and very well furnished. Good WiFi and Netflix went down well with the teenagers. The apartment was a 10 minute walk to the lake but in a safe, quiet residential area, easy to find, easy to get to and with enough parking. Thank you Katja. We left feeling like we were old friends. We can't recommend you and your apartment highly enough.

The apartment is equpiped with everything you need to feel like home (Kitchen, Bathroom, etc), everything really clean and in an excellent condition . The location is just 7 min from the lake in a beautiful street and with an amazing view of the mountains. The apartment has a top air condition and also high speed internet. The communication with the host (Katja) was perfect, she is a wonderful person ready to help you with everything you need during your stay. The hospitality as also the apartment were superb. I´m looking forward to stay my next time in Villa Katja.

Great location, all the facilities we needed and Katja was a true angel… nothing was too much trouble… she even helped us with a mini crisis. A true home from home… we have made a new friend in Katja… we were sad to leave would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family and we would definitely stay there again

The location of Vila Katja was great. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Bled Lake and town, and a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. The apartment was very clean with everything we needed to be self catered. The balcony was a lovely space to spend the evenings and for our little one to blow off some steam during the day! The bed was very comfy and we loved the blackout shutters. Air con in the apartment was a life saver and greatly appreciated as the weather was so warm. Katja was so helpful and kind, and provided us with a high chair, travel cot and plenty of clean towels. She was always available if we had any questions with a smile. We would love to return one day!

The WiFi was a bit patchy and seemed to only let one of us sign in at a time. Not too much bother though. The road outside the apartment was quite busy with no path to walk on so we had to ensure our little one was always in the buggy. Again, not a big problem.

Katje was an incredibly welcoming host. The property is lovely and in a quiet street only 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre.

Katja is a very nice, welcoming host and more than helpful. The apartment / room was very clean and well equipped. The location is very good, a big SPAR is only 5 min by walking away and it is also close to the lake. I highly recommend to stay with Katja and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing time there.

Everything is perfect for us. We arrive much earlier than check-in time however the kind and friendly owner welcomes us with water and brisket at the garden while she prepares the room for us. The room is very clean and we can find everything which we need. Also the location is good to access to the lake and city. it is just 10mins walk with good scenery of beautiful garden and houses. You can find the supermarket close to the apartment. We definitely come back to this apartment if we come Bled again.

Beautiful apartment - clean, well equipped and the host Katja was so kind and helpful! Lovely balcony to sit and have breakfast on, and only a few mins walk from the lake. I stayed with my sister and my 18 month old toddler. The balcony was safe for a toddler and the kitchen was well equipped so we could make meals at home. Katja provided a travel cot for the toddler and was always on hand to answer any questions and give us suggestions in places to visit. We loved our stay and would love to go back and stay again

mattress was not comfortable to me its hard and quality not good. as well the pillow wan not to the standard.

The host, Katja, is very kind. The room was a little bit small, but it's perfect for 1 or 2-day stay. And it is very well equipped. It's a short walk from the lake and the castle. Supermarket is at the corner. The extra thing was after I had mentioned that we were on honeymoon we found some surprise in front of our room door. It was lovely. Highly recommended.

The hostess is lovely and always smiling, she wants to help, the little room has everything it needs maybe even too much lol. The apartment is close to the center of Bled 10 minutes walk

Perfect room with a view on the mountains, 10 minutes from restaurants and the lake. Fully equipped kitchen and very clean apartment. Netflix to fall asleep to was a nice surprise. Katja was very helpful with everything and wanted to make sure we felt at home.

Perfect location full of fresh air, friendly host, clean rooms, quiet place.

The host is very friendly and tries to do everything in the best possible way. There is very cozy, clean and available all needed utensil. Amazing view to mountains from window. The shower cubicle is spacious, clean with good water pressure. Shower and hand gels were also available.

Really I did not find any deviations. Just room is small, but for us it was totally ok.

The Appartement is fully equipped with really everything you need. It is spacious and Perfect for a family with kids. In the living room there is a big table for 6 persons. We even had two balconies - ist was so nice here Katja is such a lovely persons who loves caring for her guests I warmly recommend Vila Katja to everyone
