Shower cabinet is too small and the drain is too slow

The balcony was very cute and spacious. Also the owner of the property was polite and helpful, he was trying to provide any information that was needed. The studio was fully equipped and the location was great, at only a few minutes from the beach (you just need to walk 2 minutes from the building and there's already a beach). There is a big frigde where you can store your groceries, a cooker & oven, clothing iron, vacuum cleaner, basically anything you would need.

The balcony didn't have a locker, so if anyone would be trying to break into the studio from the balcony, they could. Also the apartment was not smelling fresh, it was rather smelling a bit musty. In the bathroom, the floor is laminate flooring, which is retaining a lot of humidity. The internet also didn't work, it was staying on only for a few minutes, then it would automatically turn off and you need to turn it on again and again. I'm also unsure if the bed linen was clean or not. It didn't smell fresh, it was rather smelling like it was used or it was kept in the closed for a very long time.

The room was comfy with good cooking facilities.

The main issue was the back door - the locking mechanism was clearly worn down and the door did not lock. When this issue was raised with the owner, it was implied that we were at fault! We had to give the key back for the housekeeper to look at it (it did not get fixed during our stay), and on our return the receptionist didn’t complete any identity checks. It all felt very unsafe. There is also no parking!! We had to park over a mile away and walk with all our things.

Location great compact apartement

The flat was close to the bus stop and train station. It was a few minutes to Antibes and Cannes also to Airport Nice. Everithning was ok, flat was clean and there were all dishes in the kitchen. We arrived early morning but we could let our backpack on reception and go for a trip. Thanks!

The staff should speak at least English. The structure needs refurbishing

Room was comfortable and only a short walk from the train station. Could get to Nice from station in 15 mins and Monaco in 30 mins. Room had a nice balcony. Small beach only a few minutes away.

Shower was blocked. WiFi did not work instantly and I had to remove sim card from dongle and replace to get it to work. Big problem we had was that when we ran out of toilet paper, the receptionist was unable to find anymore to replace it! We were very lucky that we carry spare with us. This is very bad for such a large place!
