Very convenient location, walk to cafes and shops. Warm and comfortable, had everything we needed, including a list of favourite restaurants and cafes. Loved the spa bath and the complimentary bottle of Prosecco!

Once we navigated the lock box, entering house was easy. We loved the location, an easy walk into town. House was clean, with lovely character and inviting. The beds are comfy, spa bath fabulous, nice kitchen with some supplies, including a welcome bottle of milk to make a cuppa tea on arrival.

Only thing we did not love was the ducted air con, set very high, and coming on intermittently. we did not want to tamper with it, or change it in any way, so found ourselves over heating when it came on, having to open the door briefly to cool down.

Nothing wrong as at home we have one bathroom in the house n one outhouse with shower..... difference is Arden has laundry, toilet, shower n bath tub all in one room...hence, the old folks had to wait their turn visiting the toilet...we get used to it, if staying longer, Cheers

Gorgeous old house set on a beautiful tree lined street close to the Main Street of Orange. House is well set up to easily accommodate 6 people. Great heating, perfect for Orange’s extreme cold weather! Off street parking available.

Location, comfortable beds, milk and wine in the 'fridge (don't get them mixed up on your weet bix!)

The beds were very comfortable and there was a selection of pillows on the bed, hard, soft, flat or high. Lots of fluffy bath towels. Quite clean bathroom, but overall the house was not spotless. The kitchen and tables were a bit greasy. They'd been cleaned but it seemed not with a clean cloth. The outdoor furniture was very dusty and the yard was not well maintained at the back of the house- longish grass, weeds in the deck etc The Host was very responsive regarding a couple of minor issues and did offer to come across and repair these. That offer was appreciated and noted. Well located house was overall value for money and would suit group with 3 decent sized bedrooms

It could have been cleaner.
