Very nice accommodation. You have everything you need in a kitchen. Very careful owners. They received us with snacks and helped us with any information.

Everything was perfect!! We had even more than we needed. The apartament and big terrace are beautiful and in high condition. There is an air conditioning. in first day we got a big plate with ham and cheese, wine, liqueur and watermelon and handmade olive oil before leaving! The owners are really friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet, 7min from the apartment there is market Spar and the beach 10min. I recommend staying there in 100%!

Amazing new flat with huge terrace! Great value for money. Host was very nice. We received a welcome snack (ham, cheese and some sweets) and some liquor and olive oil at the check out. Definitely recommended.

We’ve spent a great time at Ivica and Daniela’s apartment. Perfectly located - close to the beach and two supermarkets, easy to get to main tourist attractions in Zadar area. Owners have been extremely hospitable. The apartment was super clean and corresponded to the description and photos on Booking. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can need including coffee making machine and dishwasher.

This is a beautiful, modern apartment with 2 good sized double bedrooms and 2 very nice terraces. The owners were living just behind the property and were very helpful. We arrived late but they came out with the key as soon as we drove up the driveway. There was a welcome plate of bread, cold meats and cheese and they supplied us with a couple of cans of beer and some wine when we said we needed something to unwind after the flight. Later in the week the owner brought us a plate of barbecue fish they had just cooked. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in this area. There is a beach at the end of the road just 7 or 8 minutes walk away and enough restaurants in Bibinje and Sukosan just short drives away. There is a large Spar supermarket on the main road, which you can actually see from the house, so everything is nearby.
