El baño, la mampara de la ducha, un desastre, se sale el agua, no traga bien el desagüe, muy sucio lleno de pelos...

Apartment was clean and comfortable and close to the bus and metro routes, both of which we used daily. Lidl was about 200m away, which was very handy too.
Owner was very helpful and available when we had any questions.
Wee bit noisy outside a couple of nights but didn't keep us awake.
Nit picking now, but could have done with a few more dishwasher tablets and bin bags, also a couple of oven trays would have been good.

The duvets were full of stains and smelly. The biggest problem were the fleas. My son got bit several times and we even brought them home. Here my wife, who is allergic against flea bites, also got bit several times. Still fighting against them after three weeks.

Located near metro, but in rather neglected neighbourhood. Close to Lidl supermarket.
The apartment was clean. Kitchen generally well equipped.
The host was nice and helpful and was able to easily communicate in English.
Lack of some basic things, as trashbags, dishwasher cubes etc.
Lack of ANY hangers in bathroom - you had to take towels outside the bathroom and hang outside.
Leaking shower - it was impossible to take a shower without putting all the bathroom floor in water.

The bath room water drainage is very poor, always flooded after several people take a bath. Water stayed there for good, not going anywhere.
The coldness, especially in the living room, even when it was sunny and warm outside.
The electricity wiring: very often auto power off if putting on the heater while cooking or putting on 2 heaters in the living room. Seemed that the host and owner were not aware of this issue and didnt caution guests against it in advance. So our first night we spent 1 hour in the dark, cold and hungry waiting to be fixed. Finally, turned out the fix was also very quick but ownwer had not known about it. So next time it might be just very quick fix.

It’s convenient and spacious. Everything is clean and it’s in a great location. 2 of the bedrooms have twin beds which was very helpful for both our teens and little one. Close to metro and waterfront. Fantastic stay. The host was very helpful. Highly recommend.

The apartment is really cozy, it really felt like home after a while, except for the fact that I'd never be able to decorate my home as well as it's done here :D
The bed is really comfortable. WI-FI was exceptionally fast. And the location is good (comfortable walking distance from Parque das Naçoes, less than 10 minutes away from Cabo Ruivo station, same with Olivais station)
The washing machine sounded like it was trying to escape the country while working.
It was also a bit chilly at first (we arrive on the 22nd of March), but the electric heater saved the day(s).
And we could hear our neighbors pretty well.
Still, neither of these had a big impact on the quality of the stay.

Well equipped apartment. Nicely maintained. Walking distance to Altice arena and Vasco de Gama shopping centre.
Area appeared a bit off putting with bins outside the block overflowing.

We were in Lisbon for WebSummit and if you're looking for a value for money accommodation close by the venue this is a great option!
