The room is very clean and very close to the private beach. The BnB has chairs and umbrellas for the beach. You are given a lot of fruits, drinks and snacks. The host is super friendly. There is a parking lot and the bus stop and the train station is nearby.
If you don't speak Italian, it will be a bit difficult to get the instructions about which food is offered. The BnB has arranged with the bakery on the opposite side to give us two croissants every day, which is nice. But you are not aware of that if you don't speak the language.

Perfect location. You have sandy beach and 10 minutes walking to sea rocks to watch the sunset. Dedicated parking spot. Close by cafeteria and nice dining place. Perfect if you want to escape the cities and relax for 2-3 days.

Excellent room on the 1st floor in a cottage. Own wide terrace with seating. Careful serving and provision of breakfast in the room. Yogurts, fruits, butter, jams, toasts, biscuits, cheeses are offered. There is a capsule coffee machine. Great big bed and good quality mattress. And what bed linen is provided! Freshness and whiteness! For cars there is parking on the territory of the cottage. A straight street leads to the beach, on which there are also private cottages.

the location of the apartment is perfect, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Giampaolo, the owner was super kind, attentive, check in and check out was smooth. the room was clean, well equipped.
we rented the family room on the ground floor and to be honest I can hardly imagine that this is comfy for a family (we we just two of us), The room is not that big, the bunkbeds made the room crowded. for us the mattress was a little too soft but this is personal preference matter. it would be lovely to have some own area in front of the room window (we could use the common garden but still some private place (like the rooms upstairs are having) would be an great thing.

We liked everything. Impossible to get a better location. Great staff and a super kind owner. We traveled with a baby and they gave us a crib and all we needed. It was all extremely clean.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and cosy. The location is also great - very close to the Beach, close to the railway station, and to a bakery/bar with very good cornetto 😊 The host was also friendly and helpful.
The breakfast could be better - IT was nice that the fridge was refilled every day with water, juice and fruit, bit I did not like the packed cakes/biscuits.

The staff and the owner of the villa/B&B was amazing went with my mom and girlfriend and although we were unlucky with the weather, Gianpaolo made sure to let our stay feel very comfortable and entertaining, he help us a lot with many requests and more, give us great advice in what to do and where to go, in short he let us feel like in a 5 stars hotel.
I'm very happy for the right choice in choosing his place and I will definitely come back!

No stress involved, arrived at the property where we could park right outside our door. Beach was less than 5 minutes away. Loungers were provided for free by the B&B. Gorgeous beach that was not overcrowded and felt very safe for children and a adults alike. It appeared that beach access was restricted (by car at least) to those staying at B&Bs beyond a secured gate. Great sized room, however breakfast was provided in the room due to Covid.
Nothing was great value for money, couldn’t fault it.

Beautiful modern house with elegant decoration. Looks even better in reality, than in the pictures. The staff is the most kind and willing to make you have an excellent stay!!! I had the most comfortable bed ever. Short distance to the beach, and nice view from the balcony, you can see also a little bit of the sea. Spacious room also with a small desk and chair, and refrigerator. Comfy arm chairs outside. The area is really nice. Definitely recommend.
