Lovely apartment, great location in the centre, spacious, clean and characterful. Easy to find and good instructions

Likes: comfy sofa and beds. Good location for an airport transfer room, but avoid if requiring to go into Pisa old town.
Very noisy bathroom shutters squeaking all night
Felt like staying in a hostel as all the rules are displayed on the walls.
Host very insistent on 3pm checkin and 10am checkout. Cleaner knocking at the door at 9.59am
Seems to be very much a 1night stay turn around place and no real interest in customer care.
Disappointing after such a wonderful stay at all our other accommodations in Italy this past 2weeks

Stylish, well equipped apartment in an excellent central location.
All of the rooms are lovely. The bedrooom on the second floor has quite small single beds but the mattresses are comfortable.

Gorgeous apartment. Stylish decoration, amazing location. Incredibly helpful and responsive hosts.
Not sure whether it was unusually humid but the fans didn’t relieve the temperature at night, particularly in the upstairs bedroom. This was one of the loveliest properties we stayed in on our trip and it would have been truly exceptional if it had had aircon.
(It was also a little noisy late at night, but it was a Saturday night in July and in such a central location I’m not sure you could expect anything different.). It also would have been amazing to have had guest driving access into the controlled zone to drop off our luggage.

Very clean and comfortable and close to everything. It was very quaint and modern.

Location was excellent,
although not everything listed was there. No toileteries, no teatowels for kitchen, no terrace, no bike rentals, no reception.
Did not meet hosts, or even talk to them. Had to leave City tax cash on the table in kitchen.

The apartment is located at the center of the old town. Very spacious for our party of 5. Two bathrooms is a plus. The host provided clear self check in instructions which was very helpful. He also checked in to see if everything was okay. Very pleasant stay at this apartment. Thank you!
Not a negative thing, but it would have been nice if there was shampoo and body wash provided. Could be just the tiny ones for 1-2 washes. Wasn’t a big deal as we were able to get it from the mini mart.

Amazing location, beautiful apartment and very helpful owner. Two bathrooms were a big plus.
Television didn’t work, but it’s the last thing on your mind when you are in Lucca. Also Wi-Fi router was off but we quickly figured out what to do with it - socket is a bit tricky.

It’s central location. It’s age and size. It was very well equipped and the windows opened on to the streets on three sides . There was also a small balcony which was very pleasant to sit out on. The owners were really helpful arranging for us to be able to park within the City and even went down to local authorities office to do so. They could not have done more t accommodate us
Lack of air conditioning although there were fans in each bedroom. Being on one side of a very busy thoroughfare it was quite noisy but it also put you at the centre of everything going on.

centrally located and the owners and staff were wonderful. The apartment is beautifully appointed and has everything needed. There is no air conditioning but lots of breezes from the different cross currents that worked for us. We had a fantastic trip.

Beautiful apartment, great location, perfect hosts.
Since it's located in the heart of the town it's quite noisy (garbage trucks!), but with ear plugs it's ok :) One of the mattresses urgently needs a replacement (you can feel the metal parts). All the rest was perfect and I would still recommend the place!

The location, the dish washer, the beds, overall very nice!
I wish the bathroom showers had some shelfs for soap and shampoo and a bit more organizing space. Also, the towels were a bit rough, maybe new towels?
