Located bang in the middle of San Gimignano, has all amenities you need, great view from the balcony. Good beds, well outfitted. And last but not least the apartment stayed pretty cool during a heatwave. We used the airconditioning sparingly. Definitely recommend.

very central next to the dome - you are allowed to bring luggage by car (You need good nerves to drive thru the crowdy inner city) Very friendly host (Benedetta). Nice big appartement. Two bathrooms. Nice kitchen-a few more pots would be nice.

The location couldn't be better, every place you may want to visit is within 5 min walk. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Very clean and tidy. Lovely balcony to see the sunset. Mosquito net at every window. Cool in the summer. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

As the windows are facing Piazza delle Erbe, it can get a bit noisy in the early morning when they come to clean the streets and empty the bins, especially if the windows are open. It is quiet at night though.
